I thought they already did. I remember a news clip where they showed someoby with a piece holstered and talking on the street. It has been a long time. I think it must have been Arizona.

And Florida and every state already has open carry.

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed

And

1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

Isn't is shameful how Florida and others have decided they are outside Constitutional law.

Until it comes to free handouts, that is. They find all sorts of invisible references to those in the document.

Yes sir, I agree with both you gentlemen, during the last 64 years of life I have seen laws swing in both directions, from strict to lenient and from lenient to strict, fortunately Florida is swinging towards the peoples rights of self defense and we have CCW's, maybe, hopefully, open carry is on it's way back in!
