Jesus, the Son, is the image of the Father.

If you want to know what the Father is like, look at the Son.

Of course God the Son is not God the Father. No one here has said that.

God is a spirit so is the true son.

The logos needed to become flesh to bring us the light.

God is still spirit, so is the true son.

So the Son of God never became flesh? He only remained a Spirit?

The son of God became flesh by dwelling in Jesus, the body prepared for him. Heb 10:5.
ce
On the cross his spirit went back to God.

Jesus the man was the sacrifice, Lamb of God the savour. Not God, the son of God.

JW, consider that the logos spoke through Jesus, the logos had the power to layout the Universe.
He has the fullness of his creator. He is a created form of God. The EXPRESS IMAGE of God.

I believe he took the form of man in all ways. He felt the pain like we do. H needed to become a man to fully understand what man feels. Jesus and the logos are one, not two.
So why not just say Jesus is the Son in the flesh? Why not just say that the Son became flesh and dwelt among us, that He came as a baby in a manger? Why try to make the distinction between the Son and Jesus if they are one?

:nono:

The Logos IS Jesus. You just said "they are one, not two."

He IS the Creator. He IS God. JESUS is the image of His Father, because Jesus IS the SON.

Are you serious?

Show me any image that is not created by the form of the subject it is an image of. You do not need scripture to see that BR.

The Son is NOT created, yet He is the express image of the Father. Sometimes I just don't understand what you are trying to say.

I think the soul is the person we are, our mind. The inner person that lives and feels emotion. Our personhood. It requires a body and a spirit to develop.

Our flesh bodies are made alive and called a living soul because of our spirit.

Our spirit and body work together, however, when our body dies our spirit lives on in consciousness.

Job 32:8 But it is the spirit in a person, the breath of the Almighty, that gives them understanding.

God's breath gives us our spirit within us, at conception.

Job 33:4 "The Spirit of God has made me, And the breath of the Almighty gives me life.

Genesis 2:7 Then the LORD God formed a man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being.

James 2:26 As the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without deeds is dead.

I have proven with scripture that God's breath gives us our own spirit, and that spirit makes our flesh body to be called a living soul, and without our spirit, our body is dead.

Your statement is NOT in agreement with the scripture you gave. You cannot make these things up as you go along.

Man is composed of a spirit, soul, and body.
The breath of life makes him a living being (soul).
Man has a soul and is a living soul (being).

You just repeat whatever man preacher tickled your ear, imho.

There is only one God and He is the Father.

Jesus has the same Spirit as the Father.

When you think of Jesus, when you hear his written words, one day when you see him, to all those things you can say it is the Father.

So then what happened to Jesus' Spirit? What happened to the Man Jesus's Spirit, the Man who felt that pain?

Since all comes from and has life from the One Universal Infinite Spirit,...all things and beings are pervaded by that breath of life :) - how you choose to differentiate, allocate or formulate where 'spirit' dwells or how it is in-formed is a matter of point of view. All there is everywhere is the One Spirit.
