That scripture says God has hands.

Scriptures of God sitting on the throne.

Rev 4:10 The four and twenty elders fall down before him that sat on the throne, and worship him that liveth for ever and ever, and cast their crowns before the throne, saying,

Rev 4:11 Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created.

Rev 5:7 And He came and took the book out of the right hand of him that sat upon the throne.

Rev 5:13 And every creature which is in heaven, and on the earth, and under the earth, and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them, heard I saying, Blessing, and honour, and glory, and power, be unto him that sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb for ever and ever.

So... how big is God? Is His throne bigger than He is?

How big do you think His hand is? Maybe the size of the moon?

Genesis 13:9 Is not the whole land before thee? separate thyself, I pray thee, from me: if thou wilt take the left hand, then I will go to the right; or if thou depart to the right hand, then I will go to the left.​

It also speaks of power and the results that come from God's power.

Exodus 15:6 Thy right hand, O Lord, is become glorious in power: thy right hand, O Lord, hath dashed in pieces the enemy.

Exodus 15:12 Thou stretchedst out thy right hand, the earth swallowed them.​

His Holy Arm refers to Christ who is the Creator, the expression of God, the embodiment of God all throughout the OT. This is not saying that Christ is an Arm. Try and use the brains God gave you.

Jesus says when you see him, you can say, "I see the Father".
