Go tell a UNbeliever he/she must OBEY before God will save them and then come back and tell me about it.

You who say that you OBEY ALL of Jesus' commandments and then when someone tells you if you OBEY a particular commandment of Jesus your response is ALWAYS "huh, nah, that command of Jesus is not for me.'

C'mon, gt, set the example and show us ALL of Jesus' commandments you OBEY.

I do not obey what you think Jesus says.

I have come to learn that it scares people to tell them they have to obey Jesus.

Scares? You think that by you telling a UNbeliever 'you have to obey Jesus' he/she is going to be scared of you?

You slander me for saying so.

The day I slander you, every single body in here will know it without a shadow of a doubt. I, lifeisgood, have not slandered you. You just go behind your veneer of 'you slander me' panacea every time you are smacked with the truth, not gt's truth. Oh, please stop hiding yourself behind the 'you slander me' veneer. It is unbecoming.

You cannot even admit that you made a mistake when you said we do not hear while we read.

No, we do not hear when we read. If you knew what the biblical meaning of hearing is you would know how to hear.

You do not admit anything so you do not have to do anything.

I do not have to do anything TO BE SAVED for Christ Jesus did and paid all at the Cross of Calvary that you or I cannot even come close to ever thinking about doing anything to deserve being saved.

You, gt, on the other hand, can keep on working to obtain your salvation and reject the gift of God if you so desire.

Have you sold everything you have, yet? No?
Oh, you DISobedient one for nor OBEYing ALL Jesus' commands.
C'mon, gt, set the example.

LifeisGood, in the interests of fairness, can you show me where Jesus commanded God's Truth to sell everything that she has? I'll help out here:

Luke 18:22 KJV
(22) Now when Jesus heard these things, he said unto him, Yet lackest thou one thing: sell all that thou hast, and distribute unto the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come, follow me.

I'll remind you that 1) God's Truth is a girl (referred to with the feminine pronoun, her) and that 2) God's Truth isn't old enough to have been present when that command was spoken to that individual. Thus it's highly unlikely that God's Truth was the certain ruler whom Jesus was speaking to in that passage.

Seriously, if you are going to try point something out, please pick a relevant example? If you have one?

No where.

gt is the one who vociferously, over and over, says that she obeys ALL of Jesus' commands and then when she is asked 'did you sell all you have yet', her response is 'no, that one is not for me', and so on and so on.

However, she keeps on declaring that she obeys ALL of Jesus' commands.

No, you are really only slandering and not speaking Truth

You can’t hear unless you hear.

Jesus tells us how to get saved. You have to do what the Way says.
You, gt, on the other hand, can keep on working to obtain your salvation and reject the gift of God if you so desire.
You can’t shame people for obeying God.

How is doing nothing and changing none equal to being a believer and follower of the Christ of GOD if He commanded us to do something if we are indeed believers?

Please don't try to say He wasn't directing us, but some other divided group of believers.

I will ask again; if you believed your child was in danger would you help them or let them die? If you divert attention from the question again I'll have to justifiably assume that you would let them die, and yourself too, as it is metaphorical for self and ones own predicament.

I was talking about you.

Then I have no idea what you're talking about. You no scare me none (horrible grammar).

No, you are really only slandering and not speaking Truth

Here you go again gt, hiding behind the veneer of 'you slandering' panacea. So unbecoming.

You can’t hear unless you hear.

Was this a revelation you received today?

Jesus tells us how to get saved.

Yes. He said BELIEVE in me or at least BELIEVE my works.

You have to do what the Way says.

Yes! Believe! Believe! Believe!

You can’t shame people for obeying God.

How can you shame someone who vociferously declares she OBEYS ALL of Jesus' commands and then says, 'hmm, no that one is not for me. Nah, that one either.'

gt, vociferously demands that a UNbeliever (notice the 'UN') has to (notice the 'has to') OBEY (notice the 'obey') Jesus BEFORE (notice the 'before') he/she can be saved by God.

To be saved or already saved?

Will ask again 'to be saved' or 'already saved' because I do not know what you're talking about.

I have already answered you this one by telling you that God already did something.

Will ask again 'to be saved' or 'already saved'?
