Yes you did. that's why I say you are only lip server. You don't believe Jesus' teaching is good enough for salvation.
As you will see from my LAST post not ONLY are you only a LIP-SERVER but also a HYPOCRITE and a RABBLEROUSER
Yes you did. that's why I say you are only lip server. You don't believe Jesus' teaching is good enough for salvation.
Nah......Easily done. My pride detector is in good working order. It goes to clanging whenever I hear something like this, "I know Jesus' wisdom thoroughly." Even if it was Meshak's mirror image that wrote it.
Let me be clear. I DO NOT think that Jesus threw out any teaching.
I DO think that Jesus' plan for Israel was put on hold, and that He changed his timing on his plan for the Gentiles (hence Paul's conversion).
Actually, I not only think that, I know it, because that's what the Bible says.
He threw nothing out, just changed things around. See the parable of the barren fig tree.
Also:
*I say then, has God cast away His people? Certainly not! For I also am an Israelite, of the seed of Abraham, of the tribe of Benjamin. *God has not cast away His people whom He foreknew. Or do you not know what the Scripture says of Elijah, how he pleads with God against Israel, saying, *“Lord, they have killed Your prophets and torn down Your altars, and I alone am left, and they seek my life”? *But what does the divine response say to him? “I have reserved for Myself seven thousand men who have not bowed the knee to Baal.” *Even so then, at this present time there is a remnant according to the election of grace. *And if by grace, then it is no longer of works; otherwise grace is no longer grace. But if it is of works, it is no longer grace; otherwise work is no longer work.*What then? Israel has not obtained what it seeks; but the elect have obtained it, and the rest were blinded. - Romans 11:1-7http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/...7&version=Nkjv
Why did God put a hold on His plan for Israel, and cut them off (if only temporarily), and graft in the Gentiles?
Because:
Post the verse and we'll look at context so that we can understand what is being said.

We hear it all the time how the worker bees rely on their own righteousness and obedience
If that were even remotely true you would not reject GOD's appointed ministry He gave to us through the apostle Paul.
What do you not understand about the righteousness and obedience of one? What if you are wrong about something, what is going to happen to you?
We hear it all the time how the worker bees rely on their own righteousness and obedience
What do you not understand about the rod of Aaron? Those who obey Jesus' words are following what the Way says to do. Jesus' words are powerful, his words are life.
Why do you keep calling it our righteousness? It is God's words we are doing and not our own words.
What do you not understand about the righteousness and obedience of one?
Why won't you answer the question?I understand that Jesus obeyed and that he only saves.
You need to understand that Jesus says more than just 'believe', he tells us how to be the one he stays.
Because I cannot know your life outside of this forum I would like to ask what kind of fruit have you produced today?
John 13:17 Now that you know these things, you will be blessed if you do them.
Luke 11:28 Jesus says, "Blessed rather are those who hear the word of God and obey it."
Luke 8:21 But he replied to them, "My mother and my brothers are those who hear the word of God and do it."
John 15:14 You are my friends if you do what I command.
1 John 3:24 Those who obey his commands live in him, and he in them. And this is how we know that he lives in us: We know it by the Spirit he gave us.
Do you think Jesus’ words are changed and put off?
What do you not understand about the rod of Aaron?
What is it you do not get about Aaron's parents? What would you like to discuss concerning the rod of Aaron?
Notice that you want to talk a lot about Old Testament things, like the locusts, and Aaron's rod---but you go against me for preaching repent and obedience. What do you think was the constant command and pleas from God?
So tell me, do you think you know Jesus' wisdom thoroughly? What are you do doing trying to teach others if you do not think you know Jesus' teachings thoroughly?
You want to put down people when you do the same thing.
Boasting is excluded by the law of faith.
Romans 3:26-28KJV
To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus. Where is boasting then? It is excluded. By what law? of works? Nay: but by the law of faith. Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law.
You misunderstand what I said. You put someone down for their believing they had the truth. What is it you think you have?
The plan for salvation and Jesus coming to earth was planned before the creation of anything, and you think Jesus put the plan on hold and changed it?
