A functional word used, like "all", is defined by the subject matter of any statement. In this instance "all" defines the total of God's will and purposes.

Following Paul is following the Lord Jesus Christ, in this dispensation. You would know that, had you surveyed/studied the book, rightly divided the word of truth, instead of your SOF.

You comprehend very little of what I say.
Believers are instructed to make intercessory prayers for the unsaved, because they have no idea who are to be elect, or who will be left reprobate. Christians are to pray for God's grace for all, and leave that call in the hands of Sovereign God.
