Also, a "stalker" is someone who follows and harasses someone, and sends all kinds of unwanted communications, quite often of a threatening or sexual nature - which I have never done to Peter LaBarbera, so it would be nice of you to stop calling me his stalker. In the past, he has been gracious and cordial to me and I don't appreciate your saying these libelous things about him on a public forum (stating as fact that he has had to take out restraining orders against me, when he knows it's not true, and during a time when many serious threats are being posed at him by the HRC, which I am not a part of. ) I really would like this stopped. Decades and years of campaign have not led to the repeal of Roe or Lawrence.

I didn't know there were "degrees" of anarchists. I guess the anarcho-communists and anarcho-syndicalists are "second degree" (ie. fake) anarchists
That said, its very easy to believe that all of the things you mention should be legal without being an anarchist. Ron Paul is a minarchist and I'm fairly certain he doesn't support laws against any of the above. I have (minarchist) libertarian friends who would agree with legalization of those things. Heck, theoretically a liberal could support legalization of all of those things as well.
The key distinction between an anarchist and a non-anarchist is not what you want to be legal, but how you think society should be governed. Namely, whether you believe the State is a force for good in society that should continue to exist. If you do, you aren't an anarchist. If you don't, you are an anarchist.
