For those of you that aren't familiar with Gary Johnson, he was the Libertarian Party candidate for President; the Political Party whose platform was pro abortion, pro homosexuality, pro pornography, pro drug legalization, pro prostitution, etc. and has been since it crawled out from underneath a rock circa 1970.

These sick degenerates have no idea the pain, misery and death that they've brought to individuals, families, communities and a nation as a whole (or perhaps they just don't care?).
To read more about the Jr. Libertarian's cult, refer to the table of contents in Part 2 of this thread.
I'm not a huge fan of Gary Johnson, but your accusations here are just ridiculous.
The one kernel of truth here is that Gary Johnson is pro-choice, in the first trimester. But, as he is against government funding of abortions, and legalized abortion in the 2nd trimester, he is still an improvement over the status quo on that issue. Frankly, I think abortion doctors should be executed for murder. Nobody in politics is anywhere near me on this issue (I admit I do not know what penalty Ron Paul would support, but since he would have left it to the states it doesn't actually matter.) Romney was pro-choice as well. I would have voted for Gary Johnson based on the other issues.
Johnson's gay marriage stance was unfortunate as well, the libertarian POV is to get govt. out of marriage, not to recognize gay marriage. Johnson isn't libertarian on that issue. Nor is he completely libertarian on the drug issue (he still wants to ban some of them, though not criminalize them.)
It would have come down to foreign policy and domestic surveilance issues for me. Gary Johnson was substantially better than any of the other candidates on those issues, and voting for him would have made the point that those issues matter. Was he my ideal candidate? Not even close. Was he better than Obama or Romney?
Substantially
Then you should really be taking exception to the GOP. The Associated Press comes out with a poll showing support for gay marriage has dropped by 5 points, and that more and more Americans are wanting religion back in politics - and what do they do? Use it as an opportunity to begin anew with social values? NO - they continue to embrace gay marriage and all kinds of liberties. They are not Libertarian; they call themselves solid GOP members. Even Michelle Bachman says she is now ok with gay marriage and feels no need to speak against it.
To be clear, I am libertarian but not Libertarian. Gary Johnson is Libertarian but not libertarian.
The Republican Party, as the supposed small government party, should at least advocate bringing this issue back down to the state level, if not outright stand for abolition of marriage licensing.
Its not the hill I'm going to die on, whether a candidate wants to recognize gay marriage or not. It doesn't matter, because the issue is cultural and not political.
It is
political that Obama has murdered thousands of people with drones already, yet most Republicans want more.
It is
political that child murder (abortion) is currently legal in the United States... that anti-abortion vigilantes are locked up as murderers while those who kill defenseless unborn children are left alone.
It is
political that the United States has the highest prison population in the world, due to ungodly laws that target peaceful people. Most Republicans want more prisoners.
It is
political that the GOP and Democrats have bipartisan support for the TSA pedophiles.
It is
political that the US government can indefinitely detain anyone it wants without trial. Did Republicans oppose this? Not one of them.
Gay marriage? Meh. Its a broader cultural issue sure, but the government giving them their stupid licenses doesn't actually affect you. I'm far more affected by the brainwashing that leads people to believe that the government's licenses actually matter. Its like saying everyone who has a driver's license can drive competently while nobody who doesn't can... in the same way gays cannot marry whether the government pretends they can or not... doesn't matter.
You mean this Michelle Bachman?

Bachmann Threatens to Leave Minnesota Over Marriage Equality
Congresswoman Michele Bachmann threatened to leave Minnesota today if the state goes ahead with its plans to legalize gay marriage.
In an interview with a local television station, the conservative firebrand said she believes God will destroy Minneapolis once the legislation is enacted, and wants to be far away when the reckoning happens.
"The Bible is very clear on this issue," she told KSTP-TV this morning. "Homosexuality is a sin, and God will punish communities that support it.
"Sodom and Gomorrah thought they could defy the will of God, and we all know what happened to them. If the governor signs this legislation into law the Minneapolis-St. Paul region will be next.

Bachman thinks like me and other Christian conservatives: Get to the core of the cancer, recriminalize homosexuality!
Recently she said she was "bored" with the issue. Check yahoo news.
