You keep it up, Mayor, and I am going to put a "Big Freeze" on that septic tank that I ordered for you on Ebay, on for your 38.222 birthday. The Big Freeze, fella....
Oh Sure!

Not expected or really even planned. Doing the 24 hour fast 4 times in a week forces your body to consume its blubber. So I ordered 3 large pizzas.
:mock: 225
It looks like you were carrying a few extra pound then. This is when I weighed 225. 8 years ago.

172. Had a large i Fratelli pizza, extra cheese, and 6 Bud Light's.
Took a nap, and dreamed of working out. Woke up and had another pizza.
Took another nap.
When you dreamed of working out, how many times did you chin yourself?
17 like Ernest T?
Once-then I fell asleep. I do recollect lifting a few beds in the sunlight, however. I'm smooth, Mayor.
I did it yesterday and will tomorrow. Work sometimes causes it and helps me.
24 is tough for me.
Roasted vegetables are a great way to cut calories. You can make them in big batches, portion them out and refrigerate them for days. They can be easily seasoned as well, and oiled without raising their inherently low calorie density very much. They're filling, and they go well with meat. :chew: Try broccoli, zucchini and summer squash, cauliflower, mushrooms, onions . . . even some potatoes and carrots, just make sure they're not the bulk of the mix. Delicious.
'Could be, but let's not overlook the youthful flowing spring of testosterone, overabundantly and constantly pumping into St. John's bloodstream, requiring an abundance of calories just to fuel its demanding fire. :chuckle:Perhaps that is saint john w's secret to staying at his high school senior weight of 172.222 lbs?
