Yes. If you are not a citizen, you cannot have a gun.

Yes. If you are not a citizen, you cannot have a gun.

More than that, if you're not a citizen, then you should not be here, have a driver's license, or own any kind of property, land, business or otherwise in the USA.

I think the current proposals reflect wrong thinking in regards to controlling gun violence. The problem is not the guns or their designs. The problem is that they are getting into the wrong people's hands, to easily and too often.

Right now, all the proposals are aimed at gun design, but gun designs are not the problem. So, until we begin to actually address the problem, we're just wasting time and blowing smoke ... as always.

......And all the while continue to attempt to brainwash people, create division, unravel the constitution, find more ways to tax, and increase the surveillance and control of everyone..........which is the agenda behind all the rhetoric.

Criminals don't follow laws.
We need to make sure the laws we have are being enforced.
Sloppy record keeping is letting nutjobs buy things nutjobs aren't suposed to be able to buy.

That's only a small part of it. But it is a part of the problem.

No, it's not. It's just the usual ineptitude of a government that has been rendered useless by too much external influence, that's drowning out whatever internal common sense it might have had.

The gun lobby is far crazier than the government, and that's saying something! And your own comment is evidence of it.

If it had internal common sense then it would not be rendered useless. You make excuses.

Ah yes, but we have PureX to lead us out of all this craziness be it the government or its citizenry.

This,
and I want people who use a gun or any other deadly weapon in a crime executed, regardless of if they actually used it.

Or maybe that can see a very simple logic you are blind to

less guns = less shootings , more guns = more shootings.

......And all the while continue to attempt to brainwash people, create division, unravel the constitution, find more ways to tax, and increase the surveillance and control of everyone..........which is the agenda behind all the rhetoric.

So if someone brandishes a hammer during a liquor store holdup we should kill them. Yeah. That makes perfect sense.

Yes, if it is part of a law similar to this:

All able-bodied citizens from the age of twenty or older will be a member of the militia of their individual state of residence, and be required to purchase and own at least one firearm and maintain at least 48 rounds of ammunition for each firearm in his possession.

Firearms and ammunition will be purchased by the individual members of the militia from the seller of their choice using their own funds. If a member of the militia is unable to afford a firearm and ammunition, a firearm and ammunition may be provided by the individual state upon acceptance of proof of indigency.

Any member of the militia that is unable to show a firearm and ammunition for inspection upon request from a senior militia officer will be charged with treason against the individual state.

Militia members will be required to attend training for 48 hours every 8 weeks, to be scheduled by the senior militia officers of the militia member's county of residence. Militia members that fail to report will be charged with treason against the individual state.

Petition for exemption from Militia service can be made for the following:
___Conscientious Objectors
___Hardship

Exemptions to membership in the militia will be automatically made for anyone not acceptable for Militia service due to any of the following:
___Poor physical health
___History of or currently in treatment for mental health problem
___Criminal history
___Current employment with any United States agency
___Currently serving in any United States armed force
___Currently is a foreign national or has dual citizenship
___Currently is in process of immigration to become a citizen of any of the United States

Automatic exemptions may be overturned at the discretion of the individual State upon petition.

It shall be illegal for anyone that is not a member of the militia to own a firearm and/or ammunition. Any non-militia member found in possession of a firearm or ammunition will be charged with felony possession. Exemptions will be made for members of any armed force of the United States, any member of a law enforcement agency of the United States, foreign nationals granted permission to carry firearms in United States territory by the United States, any member of the militia of one of the individual States, any member of a law enforcement agency of one of the individual States, and any licensed gun dealer.

Take a nap fag.

...and this response pretty much sums up what what pathetic few smarts and non-existent wit you've got. And as a friend with many gay friends, I'll wear your intended insult as a badge of honor, hick.

When you propose stupid, inane, hare-brained, idiotic, sadistic "solutions" to crime, be prepared to defend and discuss said stupidity.
