Then please, by all means, define what death is.

Death is the physical body dying and the spirit going to hell/prison, or paradise.

No one is saying He sinned.

But Scripture DOES say that Jesus became sin for us.

That is right and how do you ever get that it means Jesus was without the Father? How do you ever get that Jesus died Spiritually?

So, if Jesus did not sin, but instead became sin for us, would that not be what would separate Him from the Father?

How do you get Jesus sacrificing himself would separate him from the Father?
Isaiah 53:7 says, "He was oppressed and afflicted, yet he did not open his mouth; he was led like a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is silent, so he did not open his mouth."

Isaiah 53:12 Therefore will I divide him a portion with the great, and he shall divide the spoil with the strong; because he has poured out his soul unto death: and he was numbered with the transgressors; and he bore the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors.

Of course He did. But that doesn't mean that God didn't forsake Him.

God forsaking him is about God not stopping his suffering and death.

I am letting him know that I enjoyed and appreciated his testimony. What is it that you want? Why do you find fault with me for letting him know that I did more than just not attack his testimony and that I am glad he shared it with me? You not only didn't care about his testimony, you denied what Jesus did for him and mock him for it. What is it that you are expecting from him to bow down to you and deny what Jesus did for him?
