Shooting in Buffalo

A full-blown race war is part of the far left's plan of burning it all down, razing it to the ground, so they can "build back better" with their socialist Utopia
It's what Nero would have done. It's what Nero did do.

I would suspect that the Broome County State Police would have him in their records, which would be accessible to all State Police jurisdictions and to all other law enforcement organizations in the state. Having said that, nothing I've read indicates that before he started shooting anybody would have had a reason to suspect him and thus investigate him.
I would expect something far different. How many times has something like this happened in the last 10 years or so? I have no idea but it has happened way too many times. And the reasoning from the state has been we knew but something went wrong. Is it possible to have a 100% failure rate? I say there is somrthing we don't know. We know the government has been pushing gun control and murdering us wholesale with "vaccines" so what is there to keep them from killing us in other ways too? Are cops immune from political pressure?

Would you inringe upon his right to bear arms at the age of 18 based on something he might have said when he was 15?

There is no might have said about. It was a public threat and at that age he's old enough to know better. It wasn't like he was a 5 year old. You don't believe there is an age of accountability under age 21? Would you have made such a threat at 15? I know I have never even thought about it.

So you think he was smart enough to mislead all the psychiatrists he was interrogated by? I highly doubt it. They have some very sophisticated techniques for catching the liars especially after threats like he made. How many sane people make threats like he made? That shows someone who is seriously off balance emotionally.

Do I want anyone's rights violated? Of course not. But there are limits to where we can look the other way when someone is obviously insane.

Buffalo police knew of this guy a year before he went on rampage. He had threatened to shoot up his high school. And he was still walking the streets.

What good are gun laws that nobody obeys and background checks and FBI monitoring that never stops a terrorist threat?

New York State Police are well regarded and usually do a pretty good job. I knew some of them quite well in the job I worked here for the state past 3 years. Nice guys. Usually a predictable boring job punctuated by periods of absolute terror. Unusual to find an older one, usually they leave the job from PTSD. Last time I was in the hospital the older male nurse that I had was a former Statie.

At 15, no. At 13 maybe. Not against the whole school. Against a gang of schoolmates who used to bully me. When I came back in the fall when I was 14, I had had a growth spurt, they hadn't, when they tried to resume their old patterns I forcefully persuaded them to go elsewhere.

But I still remember, 50 years later, the feelings of anger and hatred I had at 13.

The overwhelming majority of law enforcement officers in the US are honorable. The dirty few, generally at the top, bring disrespect on all for their corruption and allegiance to corrupt politicians and politics.

And I underwent bullying at home and school starting around age 8.. My old man bullied me intensely and so did my older brother and the kids I went to school with. I was unable to get away from it, anywhere. I still never thought of killing others over it. I still being bullied in high school, and my old man bullied me well into my twenties. I worked for him a short time and after I had cut his production cots and raised his profit margin by 50% he got so mad he was throwing punches at me for daring to ask for a 1$ an hour raise when the 3 guys I replaced all were paid more than I was. Mean? Yeah, he was plenty mean.

I didn't think about this until after I had posted.

I did want to kill my old man at one time. It wasn't until shortly after he was punching at me for asking for a raise. He and I occasionaly traded jobs. He normally fed the post peeler and I normally tailed it. When he fed the machine he normally ran a half dozen posts through backwards. Large end first. The last day I worked for him he was yelling, screaming and shaking his fist at me starting at the first time I accidentally inverted one. In four hous of feeding that machine I turned around three posts and all the years of bullying finally caught up with me and I just lost it. A red haze descended over my eyes and I wanted to kill him. I've never been that angry again. I dropped my gloves and leather apron and just walked away through the woods on my to where I was staying and immediately the area. Once I got there I left and he and I didn't speak until I was in my 30s. He never apologized for anything he ever did.

Sad. I grieve over damaged relationships that I blame on the nature of sin. I have a brother who lives in the same town I do that I have not seen in several years. I have another brother who lives in another state that I probably speak to no more than two or three times a year. I won't go into reasons and I am not saying all obstacles to relationships are wrong but I do see problems between people that I think would not be there if not for the nature of sin.

I agree completely. It's why God is the only solution to the sin problem in all of us. Nothing/nobody else is capable of twisting out the knots of our sin twisted psyches.

My older brother and I haven't spoken since the early 90s. I have no desire to put myself in the position that allows him to push my buttons constantly and he has no desire to speak to me period. He's still angry that our grandfather would send me birthday presents and not send one to him. The fact that he didn't like our grandfather and wouldn't speak to him was immaterial in his mind. He's held onto this for 6 decades.

What sin does to families is unthinkable and proves to me that the devil has a very malicious hatred of the entire human race. Just because we were created in God's image.

"mental-health-crisis" the link includes. The only mental health crisis is with the school people suffering from poor mental health who didn't call the police when this shooter made criminal threats months ago. They in their infinite wisdom decided all he needed was counseling, even though he had committed a crime. This never would have happened if they had just called the police on the kid.

This is what we're talking about when we say, see something, hear something, say something. smh

I watched the actual video this mass murderer made while he mass murdered.

I carry every day, it's just part of my wardrobe. I know that had I been there, if I had been among the first victims of this mass murderer, I would have died just like they did, it would have done me next to nothing unless I saw him as he was getting out of his car and drew my little handgun immediately. I would have had then to make another snap decision and begin pummeling him with bullets from my little handgun, for me to have any chance at all of just surviving, not trying to be a hero, just making it to tomorrow.

So I strapped on my little handgun this morning, thinking about this mass murderer and what he did. You know, the most reasonable thing to think here is, I need to have a gun like he had, if I would have any chance if that ever happened to me, and I had to fight for my life, just so I could come home that night and see my wife and children again.

Our gun control laws suck. I can't carry around a rifle! That's against the law.

... something bad, in the direction of those evil rights violating laws.

Republicans.
