Far Better To Build Immune System than Count on Vaccines

The vaccines have undoubtedly saved tens, perhaps hundreds, of thousands of lives worldwide. No amount of "building your immune system" could possibly achieve such a thing!

The function of your immune system has far more to do with your genetics than it has to do with anything you have any control over. That isn't to say that you can't help things along by eating right, exercising and getting proper sleep but, in all but the rarest of cases, the effects we can have on automatic biological functions in our body like the immune system is rather marginal. Even factors such as body weight and how well one's body handles sugar has at least as much to do with your genetics than it has to do with the choices you make in your daily life.

And even if none of that were true - it is true but even if we reject or ignore it totally - even with the massive lifestyle changes - that almost no one is going to make - the effects of those changes would take months and months to manifest and even then it wouldn't make even 1% of the difference that an effective and widely utilized vaccine makes almost immediately.

In short, the sentence "Far Better To BUILD Your Immune System Rather than Count on Vaccines to Protect You!" is not only ignorant but is dangerously stupid.

The vaccines have not and never will be responsible for saving my life. Not until they go through the same extensive rigorous testing that vaccines normally go through. That testing is going on today with the world's population of compliant humans as the guinea pigs.
You're operating under multiple false premises here.

The vaccine saves far more lives than just the people who get dosed with it. The fewer people who get the disease, the less it is spread to others, whether they're vaccinated or not. So the vaccine may very well have saved your life already, especially if you happen to be in a high risk group.

The vaccines for the coronavirus went through the same layers of review and testing as other vaccines. It was barriers to development, related to funding and manufacturing that were removed.

Clete - I've worked in the field. These medications have not been proven safe in the manner that a normal vaccine would be. If a normal vaccine had the same problems that these three are showing to have, it would be yanked from distribution, summarily.

The false premises that you're working under are that they are effective, that they will continue to be effective and that they won't be determined to have side effects of a severity that would not normally be deemed acceptable.
