So, you think there were some before Jesus who were?
Who were following God ?
Sure.
Mary's cousin and cousin-in-law were: Elisabeth and Zacharias.
Simeon and Anna at the temple when Jesus was circumcised.
John the Baptist.
And who knows how many others during the centuries before Jesus was born.
Heb. 11 gives some of the names.

Was Mary a sinner?

Following God doesn't rule out robbers and thieves.
Moses and all Israel followed God.
Plenty of thieves and robbers including Moses.

Do you have Scripture saying yes?
Mary: "And my spirit hath rejoiced in God my Saviour." (Luke 1:47)

The angel of the Lord: "And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins." (Matthew 1:21)

Jesus saves His people from their sins. Jesus is Mary's Saviour. Is not Mary one of His people? From what does she need to be saved by her Saviour, if not her sins?

Rom 5:12 Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men(anthropos-mankind), for that all have sinned:

1Co_15:22 For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive.

Mary's geneology in Luke 3 says that she is a blood descendent of Adam, thus she was a sinner and needed salvation through her Son.

Luk 3:38 Which was the son of Enos, which was the son of Seth, which was the son of Adam, which was the son of God.

Following God doesn't rule out robbers and thieves.
If they quit robbing and stealing they can follow God.
Moses and all Israel followed God.
Oh really ?
Only on occasion.
Plenty of thieves and robbers including Moses.
As robbers and thieves don't "follow God", their "following" must have been before, or perhaps after, their days of robbery and thievery.
Remember though, that this started from posts #193-194 where we were discussing "all who came before were robbers and thieves".
Jesus was referring to the leaders of the Jews when He said that in John 10:8.
