I am not opposed to cops and soldiers shooting someone who is a threat to others. But killing Putin may reveal that the head of the Russian empire is just one of dozens of equally bad snakes like Medussa.
You're right. I said somewhere, it could be that in Putin the devil we know is better than the devil we don't.

Biden goes to church every Sunday and receives communion. By the measure of the world he is a "good" Christian.

And he supports the murder of the most innocent among us.
I believe Biden may also think he does not sin.

That's not really an option if you go to Mass all the time like he does.

Lord have mercy!
Christ have mercy!
Lord have mercy!

That's not what people who don't sin say.

I thought we were talking about Putin?

Biden is just another poser.
Biden and Putin are just two proud sinners of millions in the world who may wrongly imagine they do not sin because their souls are right with God.

If only that were the actual case. At least you know that the villain in Bond films is going to be thwarted each time and no guarantee of that with this megalomaniac.
No human leader will be able to stand when Jesus returns to earth to put down all human rule.

King David was chosen by God as a man after His own heart before he committed adultery and murder. Did God set His heart on and speak highly of wicked sinners in the OT? I don't think so.
David, a man of the OT, could not be born again like we can i the NT, thanks be to God.
He walked in the flesh until he died.
We don't have to.

I don't think either of them feels they don't commit sin.

Not after his invasion of the Ukraine and the tell tale signs were already there. Russia was changing back to a pre Gorbachev timeline under his regime and it may be that the West was too complacent to contemplate the likes of what's happening now.

I don't think there's any doubt about it. The thing is, now that this has happened----now what do we do.

Cold War was supposed to be over in 1991. It's not. Now what?

Same thing, both against the will of God.
You're hopeless then, Hoping.

And now irrelevant.

Assassinating Hitler is so much not a sin, that if you had the opportunity to assassinate Hitler and you didn't----that would be a sin, and a very, very serious one.

As it is written..."Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!" (Isa 5:20)...I will continue to call evil "evil".

Did God love sinners who walked in the flesh in the OT? Did God consider sinners like David to be righteous? I believe so. If God would condemn a saved man in the NT for committing adultery does that mean God will condemn any sinner in the NT for any sin committed?

There are reasons I disagree with you.

Proverbs 30:20
Such is the way of an adulterous woman; she eateth, and wipeth her mouth, and saith, I have done no wickedness.

Proverbs 12:15
The way of a fool is right in his own eyes: but he that hearkeneth unto counsel is wise.

Proverbs 21:2
Every way of a man is right in his own eyes: but the Lord pondereth the hearts.

Luke 18:9
And he spake this parable unto certain which trusted in themselves that they were righteous, and despised others:

Unless they're posers.
2Cor 11:13-15 (AKJV/PCE)
(11:13) For such [are] false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. (11:14) And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. (11:15) Therefore [it is] no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.

He loved some of them.
Did God consider sinners like David to be righteous? I believe so.
At times He did.
But not at other times.
If God would condemn a saved man in the NT for committing adultery does that mean God will condemn any sinner in the NT for any sin committed?
If he is condemned, he won't be saved on the day of judgement.
All sinners will be condemned.
Thankfully, God made a way to live without sin, which I am so grateful for.

I can see your POV there.
Thanks.
But they will all still suffer the wrath of God for their sin, no matter what they thought about it.
