There are at least two racisms, one is a state of mind, which is what Democrats and leftists and progressives mean by racism. The other is the answer to the question, What do you call a person who violates human rights based on race? This racism doesn't require a state of mind, it is objective in nature, and actually it just creates a set within the set of human rights violators, where these human rights violators violate human rights based on race, they are racists.
It's the more serious racism that I was talking about here, the one that violates human rights based on race, and not the racism that uses naughty words or holds naughty stereotypes or feels uncomfortable in a Black neighborhood.
To violate human rights based on race is to act upon a hallucination where insight into the hallucination is lost, where you see a set of humans within the set of humans that does not exist and isn't real, and that set contains all the humans whose rights can be infringed. So long as all you're doing is violating the rights of people in that set, then you're not a criminal. Acting upon this fallacy and /or lie is racism in its most serious form.
Seeing different races isn't hallucinatory, just seeing that all races aren't equal as regards our universal fundamental rights.

Basically, fixed it for you. Last I heard the only sports record held by a woman is long distance swimming.
Worth noting that there isn't any institutional policy keeping women from competing in all the professional sports, it's just the ladies leagues with institutional discrimination---men are barred from competing in e.g. ladies golf, ladies tennis, ladies basketball, etc. Any woman can compete in professional baseball, football, hockey, golf, tennis, etc. If they are good enough.
