I just rediscovered this track today. It's called Seven Cities by Solarstone.
It was originally released in 1999 and is just as good today as it was 20 years ago!

There is a whole album of remixes available on Apple Music but the video below is of a trance remix of the song done by Solarstone and while I really like the slower "ambient" versions, this one is probably my overall favorite.

Now, for those not familiar with EDM (electronic dance music) trance is all about the four on the floor beat and the fact that the song builds progressively until the "drop" happens where all the drums stop and the song reduces to pure melody that then builds again. All this takes some time and so trance songs are usually quite long but be patient, it's worth it. The drop happens on this version at about the three minute mark and it gives me goose bumps every time. It's just a brilliant track.

I live pretty deep in the 'sticks' of SW Michigan with little or no local radio stations... I now listen to The Message, Sirius channel 63. :thumb:

I have been listening to a lot of a cappela music lately. The first video is a black quartet from South Africa. I could listen to these guys all day long.
