I didn't say that it did. Did you actually read my post, or just skim it?
Those who die in unnecessary wars for the benefit of big business have been sacrificed to feed the war machine. When I see rows upon rows of white crosses I see the sacrifice those men paid, all right, but it's a sacrifice they often never needed to make in the first place.
For the record, my uncle and one of my brothers are both serving currently and I come from a very long line of military tradition in my family, but I think that the ultimate price paid by so many of the fallen is an absolute tragedy and a total waste. When war is crafted simply to line pockets and pad the bottom line, what else can I feel?
