You changed the original topic. I would not assume the executive branch does nothing. A governing body of persons shall govern better the a single person, such is my position, no matter who party the body represents.
Besides this, you are going too much to extremes vulgarizing Congress.
Trump is a genius. He has called himself “a stable genius” but I am just going to ignore that adjective.
Now he and his campaign have taken down the huge signs at his rallies that said “BUILD THE WALL.”
It has now been replaced with another huge sign saying “FINISH THE WALL.”
That is one clever move.
His core supporters will now believe that Trump has already started on the wall, even though he does not have the money and the U.S.Congress is against him.
