Most borders have people crossing them illegally, and most do not have walls.
In quite a few places it has more than that. But if you want to push for three-foot chain link fence along the border, that might get pass Congress.

Actually, Trump makes a recommendation, it is up to Congress to decide if that recommendation is funded.
Congress has decided to betray the American people and side with lawlessness. Congress has abandoned its duty to defend citizens, and they embrace lawlessness.

No, Congress is acting as the check and balance it was intended to be in the structure of the US Constitution. The President is not a King.
Nothing in what Congress is doing violates the laws you list. Deciding that one particular part of Trump's border strategy is not worth funding is not the same as saying there should be an open border.
No, no no, he is not a king, as much as he would like it, but a president who is bound to congress to make the laws, not the president, not his job and soon we are going to have to deal with this fact.
You are wrong. Trump DOES decide where resources need to be allocated when they fall under the executive branch, then he presents that need to Congress.
BUT when Congress makes itself the enemy of the people by throwing the borders wide open and trying to abolish federal law enforcement (ICE) and placing us all in danger just so they can get enough votes to create a socialist one-party state (as they did n California), the president must defend the people. That is his duty.

Hysterical, partisan, exaggerated rants are nothing more than a desperate bid to ignore the basic truth. President Trump is in violation of his oath of office.
It seems to me that both parties have been hell-bent on 'overthrowing the duly elected president since Clinton. They don't succeed because they are still restrained and are operating in the bounds of the Constitution, they are staying true to their oaths of office.
The Democrats have been offering reasonable efforts to address border security, offers that would have a far more immediate effect than a wall. So the claim that they are for open borders simply because they resist this one ill-advised approach falls flat on its face.
It seems to me the primary anti-constitutionalist in the current government is the President who is in a violation of his oath of office to respect the balance of powers and the check of his power that is the Congress' power of the purse in that balance.
And now we have one of his followers saying they would be just fine with the President suspending the Constitution, arresting the Congressmen who don't kowtow to him, and establishing totalitarian rule. Who are the real Nazis here?
