6Then I saw a Lamb who appeared to have been slain, standing in the center of the throne, encircled by the four living creatures and the elders. The lamb had seven horns and seven eyes, which represent the sevenfold Spirit of God sent out into all the earth.

Ephesians 4:4 There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called to one hope when you were called;

Ephesians 2:18
For through Him we both have access to the Father by one Spirit.

I am speaking about Spirits from God living inside us.

Give the scripture that says we are given more than one Spirit from God to live inside us and I will believe it.

Grace be unto you, and peace, from him which is, and which was, and which is to come; and from the seven Spirits which are before his throne; and from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth." Revelation 1:4, 5

Those scriptures do not say we are given seven Spirits.

It doesn't mean we are given seven Spirits.

It means grace to you from God.

The verse says God, seven Spirits , and Jesus Christ.

Grace be unto you, and peace, from him which is, and which was, and which is to come; and from the seven Spirits which are before his throne; and from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth." Revelation 1:4, 5

I gave scripture that says ONE SPIRIT.

We are given the one Spirit when we are saved, the Holy Spirit.

The Holy Spirit lives inside the saved.

I see no scripture that says seven Spirits live inside the saved.

Thanks for explaining. However, I cannot join you in this belief. I see no scripture or anything at all that says we are given spirits from God. We are given one Spirit.

Oh btw there's this

Hebrews 1

But to which of the angels said he at any time, Sit on my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool?

Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation?

Please show me where it says seven spirits are given to live in us.

It wasn't me who said that, but I did say that God sends spirits to minister to us. And they are holy because they come from God.

So I do believe that there are many ministering spirits sent to minister to us as it says in Hebrews 1. Why do think Jesus calls the Holy Spirit rivers of living water? It's rivers, (plural) of living water, the living word of God ministered into our hearts by those ministering spirits and, then God's people speak it out.

John 7

He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water. But this He spoke of the Spirit, whom those who believed in Him were to receive

I'm not a rejector of Christ at all...

Being that you REJECT that you are PURCHASED BY THE BLOOD OF THE LAMB you are a rejector of the ONLY way TO BE SAVED - Jesus Christ and His atoning, vicarious finished/completed work on the Cross of Calvary.

I think you are misunderstanding the scripture.

Many receive the Holy Spirit.

Thousands upon thousands of people receive the Holy Spirit, but that does not mean there are different Holy Spirits.

There are scripture that say 'water' and not 'waters'.

Revelation 22:17 The Spirit and the bride say, "Come!" And let the one who hears say, "Come!" Let the one who is thirsty come; and let the one who wishes take the free gift of the water of life.

John 4:10
Jesus answered, "If you knew the gift of God and who is asking you for a drink, you would have asked Him, and He would have given you living water."

Revelation 21:6
And He told me, "It is done! I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. To the thirsty I will give freely from the spring of the water of life.

Since there are angels who have sinned, I hardly think that Jesus puts angels in our hearts, as you have said.

No, Jesus didn't say that John was like Elijah, he said this was Elijah. But John said he wasn't Elijah. Because John was John, but the Spirit of Elijah was in him ministering to him and through him, that's why Jesus said that John was Elijah yet John said he wasn't. Elijah is one of the ministering Spirits of God, and his Spirit is holy because he comes from God.

Paul speaks of the ministering spirits, these are all holy because they come God through Christ and they only speak what they are given of God to speak!

In English class, we learned the difference between the figures of speech called simile and metaphor.

A simile compares two different things, and uses the words like or as. A metaphor compares two different things, but instead of using like or as, it simply says they are.

If Jesus had said that John the Baptist was like Elijah, that would be a simile. But since he said that John the Baptist was that Elijah, it is metaphor. Surely you can tell that John the Baptist was not literally Elijah the Tishbite?

So what are the ministering Spirits that Paul speaks about then? Who do they minister to?

Angels minister unto us, the heirs of salvation.

Heb 1:13-14 KJV
(13) But to which of the angels said he at any time, Sit on my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool?
(14) Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation?

The ministering spirits are angels, not dead people. It's defined right there in the same passage.

Where did she say they were dead people?

Yes your right marhig the spirits you talk about are free spirits, God's helpers, as on earth as it is in heaven.

We do the right thing for God and he rewards with the freedom of life not in bondage, We leave our flesh off.

We are born with a spirit that is bound inside us which is tested everyday to see which master we serve. If we choose Saturn then our spirit will belong to the ministering spirits of him. If we choose God then the ministering spirit of God will clean your spirit like the spirit of flowing waters you are talking about.

Choose you this day what master you serve.
