The LORD is not willing that any should perish

Answer first: Yes. He doesn't want weeds to be weeds.
Rephrasing the question I said 'yes' to: If God is not willing that any should perish, will any perish? Yes. While He prepares the wicked for destruction, it was not His intent, according to the wheat and tares analogy. "An enemy sowed tares." It is in scripture, exactly this way. Whatever theology we embrace, it always always always must stand the test of scripture. If it doesn't, be open to however God will change it. We are malleable, He is not. We change to fit Him, not vice versa (I always have to watch for this in myself).
You said Yes ! Thats an assault to God my friend ! Its an assault to His Christ being He is the One responsible to bring about their repentance and not perishing ! He is what God has done to prevent their perishing, and to give them repentance.

And 2 Pet 3:9 has nothing to do with the tares !

2 Pet 3:9 is limited to the Elect of God, the Sheep,

The scripture makes it evident that its none of the Sheep, whom God has chosen that will never perish, Jn 6:37

37 All that the Father giveth me shall come to me; and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out.[never perish]

John 10:28-29

28 And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.

29 My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father's hand.

For God is not willing that any of His Sheep perish, but that all come to Jesus Christ His Son.

No, it's not.

The scripture makes it evident that its none of the Sheep, whom God has chosen that will never perish,

There were plenty of sheep throughout scripture who perished.

Thus, we know that your claim here is wrong, because scripture isn't.

Jn 6:37

37 All that the Father giveth me shall come to me; and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out.[never perish]

Jesus is talking specifically about His disciples.

John 10:28-29

28 And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.

29 My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father's hand.

Again, SPECIFICALLY talking about His disciples.

For God is not willing that any of His Sheep perish, but that all come to Jesus Christ His Son.

Changing scripture to match your beliefs is also a sin. Stop it.

🤔 "insult to" "assault upon"

Not at all. It is an 'insult' or 'assault' upon what you believe about God, sure, it could be.
He is what God has done to prevent their perishing, and to give them repentance.
Okay....(awkward sentence).
And 2 Pet 3:9 has nothing to do with the tares !
It does. "All" means all.

Yes its an assault upon God, you actually believe people perish whom God is not willing they should ! And yes all does mean all, but all of what ? If you dont clarify all, you are being dubious !

Which assaults YOUR thinking. Not important. Does it then 'assault God?' No. I've already told you, the wheat and tares literally says "An enemy" came and sowed tares. God never wanted that. Further, the analogy says to the angels to not go out lest ANY of His wheat is uprooted, thus "Unwilling that ANY should perish." Whatever other doctrine you want to contrive MUST adhere to scripture. That is either of our ONLY litmus test for truth. Adhere to it instead of rationalizations YOU think are an assault on God. Show the scripture that is damaged our I'll not consider your call of foul.
And yes all does mean all, but all of what ? If you don't clarify all, you are being dubious !
Dubious comes with intent so throw it around a bit less. I'm simply glad you know all means all and that as such, it can then apply to the wheat and tares by concern. Where we agree? That God will not lose one of His own. Tares will be tares. The analogy, by the context, says it will be hard for you and I to know which are wheat and which are tares among us.

For me? Treat them all like wheat because you don't know (rain to fall on the just and unjust).

Next: God tells YOU to love your enemy. If it is a command, then it is also something that God values Himself. "Unwilling" at LEAST (the very least) carries a connotation that God didn't want the weeds to be weeds nor to perish. That was the work, again according to God's analogy, of the enemy.

Whatever we believe, it needs to be as best in line with Scripture as we can get. When our theology hits scripture and there is a difference, I allow scripture to 'assault' my theology and change it. I'm the one who needs to change, not God to fit my expectations.

At the same time, Paul says we all see through a glass darkly in 1 Corinthians 13 and 1 John tells us it is only when we see Him, that the darkness will be taken away. Until then, we are doing the best we can. The only thing I demand of a brother or sister in Christ, is that it is their 'best.' -Lon

No it isn't. HE gave the analogy of the wheat and tares. HE did! READ IT!

Matthew 13:24-30
24 Another parable He put forth to them, saying: “The kingdom of heaven is like a man who sowed good seed in his field; 25 but while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat and went his way. 26 But when the grain had sprouted and produced a crop, then the tares also appeared. 27 So the servants of the owner came and said to him, ‘Sir, did you not sow good seed in your field? How then does it have tares?’ 28 He said to them, ‘An enemy has done this.’ The servants said to him, ‘Do you want us then to go and gather them up?’ 29 But he said, ‘No, lest while you gather up the tares you also uproot the wheat with them. 30 Let both grow together until the harvest, and at the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, “First gather together the tares and bind them in bundles to burn them, but gather the wheat into my barn.” ’ ”

Parable explained:
Matthew 13:36-43
36 Then Jesus sent the multitude away and went into the house. And His disciples came to Him, saying, “Explain to us the parable of the tares of the field.”

37 He answered and said to them: “He who sows the good seed is the Son of Man. 38 The field is the world, the good seeds are the sons of the kingdom, but the tares are the sons of the wicked one. 39 The enemy who sowed them is the devil, the harvest is the end of the age, and the reapers are the angels. 40 Therefore as the tares are gathered and burned in the fire, so it will be at the end of this age. 41 The Son of Man will send out His angels, and they will gather out of His kingdom all things that offend, and those who practice lawlessness, 42 and will cast them into the furnace of fire. There will be wailing and gnashing of teeth. 43 Then the righteous will shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. He who has ears to hear, let him hear!

Matthew 13:18-23
18 “Therefore hear the parable of the sower: 19 When anyone hears the word of the kingdom, and does not understand it, then the wicked one comes and snatches away what was sown in his heart. This is he who received seed by the wayside. 20 But he who received the seed on stony places, this is he who hears the word and immediately receives it with joy; 21 yet he has no root in himself, but endures only for a while. For when tribulation or persecution arises because of the word, immediately he stumbles. 22 Now he who received seed among the thorns is he who hears the word, and the cares of this world and the deceitfulness of riches choke the word, and he becomes unfruitful. 23 But he who received seed on the good ground is he who hears the word and understands it, who indeed bears fruit and produces: some a hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty.”

God begged sinners to repent so they would not perish, but not all those God called ended up taking God's advice, which is why Jesus said,
Matthew 22:3
And sent forth his servants to call them that were bidden to the wedding: and they would not come.

No, the low opinion of God suggests He delighted to make sinners incapable of changing so He could fry them in hell forever for His eternal pleasure.

The Lord is not slow about His promise,
as some count slowness, but is patient
toward you, not wishing for any to perish :burnlib:
but for all to come to repentance.

1 Peter 3:9

The LORD descended in the cloud and stood there with him [Moses] as he called upon the name of the LORD. Then the LORD passed by in front of him and proclaimed, “The LORD, the LORD God, compassionate and gracious, slow to anger, and abounding in lovingkindness and truth; who keeps lovingkindness for thousands, who forgives iniquity, transgression and sin; yet He will by no means leave the guilty unpunished
