No I dont agree, Scripture called him Ethiopian, not jewish. He may have been a proselyte, but that would not have had any bearing on his ethnicity. I base my conviction on what the scripture says, you dont ! You are basing your opinion on what scripture doesn't say, big difference !

But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far off have been brought near . . . So then you are no longer strangers and sojourners, but you are fellow citizens with the saints” (2:11–13, 19).

Yes he did. There's only one way to preach Jesus. Also Philip preached from Isa 53:7 that is in the context of Christ death. Read Isa 53:1-12.

That makes no sense unless there is a preaching of Jesus Christ according to something else besides "the revelation of the mystery.
You, unfortunately, do NOT understand Paul's gospel and the preaching of Jesus Christ according to the revelation of the mystery.

The mission was spiritual and so it was never national physical israel mission. It was the spiritual Israel mission and they were faithful, the writers of the law and prophets mainly who the physical national Israel persecuted.
