Anyone who says they are under the law are saying they are still sinners, they are not yet saved.

I also never said that I am under the law. I am not. 'Under the law' is a colloquial saying for 'under the condemnation of the law'. Paul already said that I am no longer condemned; that stays of grace does not give me reason to sin (sin is breaking the law).
