They couldnt take an innovator and one who knew the scriptures, yet he taught the eternal truth, ethic and principle behind some of the old laws and customs, and revealed their inadequancy, false logic and brought new spiritual insight/understanding,....wisdom. Part 4 of the UB shares all these kingdom truths and principles Jesus brings to light.... universal truths, based on faith in the Fatherhood of God and Brotherhood of man, abiding as citizens in the kingdom thru shared 'sonship', held and recognized thru spiritual rebirth, faith and trust in the Father's eternal will. Jesus so presented God as Our loving Heavenly Father, and also thru this same love-ethic, instructed us to be 'perfect' as our Father in heaven is perfect, THRU service in love. If you see the context of Matt. 5, the 'perfection' spoken of is in the quality and manner one how one shows love to ALL people, including one's enemies. It is an impartial, unconditional love.

These are religious sects and belief systems that fit under the catagory of 'Religion'. There is an 'exclusive Christian Theology' section if you want to discuss 'bible' related only topics. I find this pious exclusionary divisive shunning of other religious belief systems that do not fit into your prepackaged concept or 'version' of Christianity rather unnecessary and bigoted. You cannot confine God to a merely human concept or quality of jealousy, these are but human attempts to personify 'God',...and saying 'God' is jealous can be contested as far as how 'jealousy' is defined.
