When Christ was born, He didn't cease to be GOD.

Right, he ceased to be God at conception not birth.

Philippians 2:5-7 NASB Have this attitude in yourselves which was also in Christ Jesus, who, although He existed in the form of God, did not regard equality with God a thing to be grasped, but emptied Himself, taking the form of a bond-servant and being made in the likeness of men.

Jesus emptied himself of his equality with God and took the form of a servant.

Why do you believe God is a servant.

Luke 22:27 NASB But I am among you as the one who serves.

Jesus was God in Mary's womb, and Jesus was born God.

However, we do not say Mary is the Mother of God.

Mary is the mother of the earthly side of Jesus.

Your statement means nothing; try to answer my posts accordingly.

I'm sorry you don't understand the relevance.

You brought up the RCC.

No....you did.

You have been shown the truth.

Thank you, Your Highness!

Tell me how you ever get that I do not know what happened before the RCC?

You've demonstrated it.
I see it, others see it.
You don't.

The Bible is before the RCC.

Yep, and so was several hundred years of Christian history.

Show me in the Bible where we should call Mary the mother of God and pray to her.

Was the Lord Jesus GOD at birth and as a child growing up?
Do you think that Jesus ever called Mary, 'Mother'?

I never claimed that we should pray to Mary.
That's RCC. I'm not RCC.

You stood up for the RCC.

As for you calling Mary the Mother of God, why don't you respect Ann more, the Grandmother of God?

What about the Grandpas? Where is their respect?

I think the Catholics missed out on making prayers to God's Grandparents.

The Catholics pray to Mary the type of prayers that should only be said to Jesus.

The Catholics do that because they call Mary the Mother of God.

Catholic Prayers to Mary Mother of God:

Hail Holy Queen

Hail, holy Queen, Mother of Mercy, Our life, our sweetness and our hope.
To thee do we cry, poor banished children of Eve, To thee do we send up our sighs, Mourning and weeping in this valley of tears.
Turn then, most gracious Advocate, thine eyes of mercy toward us, And after this our exile, show unto us the blessed fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
O clement, O loving, O sweet Virgin Mary! Pray for us, O Holy Mother of God, That we may be made worthy of the promises of Christ.
Amen.

Hail Mary

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee; blessed are thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.
Amen.

Mary, Help of Those in Need

Holy Mary,
help those in need,
give strength to the weak,
comfort the sorrowful,
pray for God's people,
assist the clergy,
intercede for religious.
Mary all who seek your help
experience your unfailing protection.
Amen.

Why not? You call Mary the Mother of God. Why not call David the Father of God? Why not call Abraham the Father of God? Please explain it.

You are more in agreement with Nestorius than you realize.
I'm not Nestorian, but I agree on the 'Theotokos', when rightly understood.

King David was the great, great + grandfather of the person Jesus, who is inseparably both man and GOD.

Abraham was the great, great, + + grandfather of the person Jesus, who is inseparably both man and GOD.

How's that?

Sounds to me as if you are trying to get out of something you stuck your foot into.

Tell me, can we call David the Father of God?

I am still waiting for you to prove with scripture that Saul is the Messiah/Christ, as you said.

You prove by your error that people just can't say anything they feel like saying.

I am still waiting for you to prove Saul was the Messiah/Christ as you said he was.

Oh, okay!

1Sa 10:1 Then Samuel took a vial of oil, and poured it upon his head, and kissed him, and said, Is it not because the LORD hath anointed thee to be captain over his inheritance?

1Sa 11:15 And all the people went to Gilgal; and there they made Saul king before the LORD in Gilgal; and there they sacrificed sacrifices of peace offerings before the LORD; and there Saul and all the men of Israel rejoiced greatly.

1Sa 12:3 Behold, here I am: witness against me before the LORD, and before his anointed:

In addition, with your logic, you have made it right to call Mary the Queen of Heaven. Is not the Mother of God a Queen?

Nope, that's your logic.....not mine.
