exactly,,,if a church sets up to receive any political party they cannot say "vote for/against ect." and all parties are to be given the same opportunity to use the facility,hence if the political party is supporting gay marriage then the churches must give them opportunity to speak "at that church",,or face loosing their tax exempt status...
I guess it means we'll all just have to live and let live and mind our own business, perhaps? :idunno:

Sounds like what the church did in Germany, when Hitler started rounding up Jews.
Here's a case of a "couple" in the UK suing to force a church to perform their ceremony. Cases like this (win or lose) will pave the way.

Why don't you turn your attention to enforcing these OT passages: "I hate divorce, says the Lord"? Mal 2:16
"Thou shalt not commit adultery."

Yes. Different law, foundation and precedent. The only time you'll see a high court consider outside law is when there's no precedent in our own.
