In actuality, it's the only way some people can debate. They believe it takes the focus off of their despicable behavior or POV.
Example, the multiple threads that recently popped up regarding all of those evil Muslim rapists. Completely contradictory as compared to the previous slew of threads that were opened for the sole purpose of bashing rape victims.
Rape is bad ... IF the person doing the deed is a Muslim.

I tend to avoid rape threads, because there grim and I don't need someone to tell me rape is wrong, and shouldn't have to tell someone else rape is wrong.
But when I see racists with agenda playing the rape card I know what it is, racism and using women suffering as a weapon of hate.
I'm not meaning to dig at you here, I don't think that is your agenda, but it is the agenda of some.
