Dear Alwight,

I just came down hard on Caino's Urantia B/S. It's long overdue to be misleading any, if they have found many, people's souls. Not gonna allow it any longer.

Cheerio!!

Dear Alwight,

I know there isn't much you can answer to the thread above, now that I think about it. You don't know about their Urantia Papers and Urantia Book and the Earth being called Urantia. Do you? I think it is extremely misleading newbies and I want to put an end to it. But I've done all that I'm going to do. It's in the Lord's Hands now. I fought hard!!

Blessings To You, Alwight,

Michael

Hi Michael
I'm still here,
I don't really have a favourite colour and the weather's still pleasant here.:D

If people want to write works of fiction or something that purports to be factual and/or spiritual that's rather up to them, but without a grounding in facts and evidence there really is no rational reason to assign any magical qualities to them. The reason that some people do however is because they want there to be a spiritual realm and perhaps something more special and ordered than we actually seem to have.
If something appears to be mysterious and arcane say The Urantia Book then that rather seems to help the delusion along. Some people go nuts over Star Trek or Lord of the Rings.
That's my preaching done for the day.

Have a nice day Michael,
Al :e4e:

Dear Alwight,

You don't have a FAVORITE COLOR? I think I like aquamarine the best. Blue/Green. Well, I am glad you are having good weather there. Here, in the desert we had 5 inches of water from rain pouring in one day. We only get 7 inches in a usual YEAR! Lots of flooding. We got spared. It was quite a lot at once. I mean, we do love the rain 'cause it never seems to rain. But WOW!! Parts of the city are still closed down. Cool eh?

I have had more than one angel visit me, and the Lord spoke to me. I've had some visions and a few visits by the Holy Ghost. The first angel that visited me said, "Fear God and give glory to Him, for the Hour of His Judgment is upon all of the Earth, and worship Him Who made the Earth and Heavens, and the sea and the fountains of waters." His Voice boomed out in the room and it was quite clear. I was told that Jesus will return very soon. I had two other angels visit me, one for each of one week. So I do have fact to base my book on. My book is in the Downtown Phoenix Library, where it's been since 2001 or so. They've also got a couple few editions of my book there. I have also done a book-signing in a public Mall. So, that's all I can tell you for starters.

I know Al, the Urantia books and papers are a bunch of B/S. Pity the people who are into that Urantia stuff. They call Earth by the name of Urantia. And there are aliens, I believe they said, also. Freelight still wants to keep believing it. So be it! Amen!

Well, Alwight, it's so very nice to hear from you again. I went to the Food Bank about two hours ago, to get some food boxes for my computer guy's Mom. She was out of food. My sister Diana has been out of food too, so I'm seeing about getting her a free grocery Card.

Cheerio Mate,

Dear Alwight,

Sorry I had to get going so fast last time I was posting. I was hungry and had to hurry to get some cheese and crackers (4 kinds of cheese, 2 kinds of crackers). It looks like I got nowhere with the Urantia crowd because I tried being a softy. No more. I will try to keep innocent newbies out of their grasp. I was once upon a time (over a year ago). I bought freelight his silver membership. I paid for him to get a gold one, but he needed to spend some of the money on other things, so he got a silver. I was just tryin' to help out, but if I would have known it was for that trash, I never would have done it. What a jerk I am. Hi hope Urantia gets it's glory in the lake of fire, where Lucifer is. I was told by an angel that the "Lake of Fire" is our Sun. I was also told that the Earth's central parts were Hell, and that it is hot as magma and lava there, and Satan doesn't like his soul and spirit sent there AT ALL. The reason it is called the bottomless pit is because the Earth is round, and everyone thinks they are on top of the Earth, so there is no bottom, but there is a center. So that makes the center of the Earth the bottomless pit. It has no bottom; just a center and a top. That's what the angel told me. I'm not speaking of my own accord here. OK, I've got to run for a bit. You take real good care of yourself, and will chat again soon!!

Warm Blessings,

Michael

Dear Alwight,

I hope you had a wonderful day today!! You were right. Mark Seasigh popped in for a bit and left a post on his thread. So that means he's still all right. What were you up to 2day? I hope that surely was a grand time. Tomorrow I go to the Dentist at 1pm. I will have a different dentist this time, but one I have had before nevertheless. I am hoping my mouth will be numbed enough so I don't feel the pain I felt just last time. I want laughing gas, but they don't have it there. Eeeeek!! Hey, did you get any rain today?? We didn't get it today, just sunshine. But we've got another typhoon/hurricane coming up again in the Baja of CA in about a week.

Alwight, do you get rain almost every day?? I'm thinking that you are like FL. They have rain for about 1/2 hour every day. They are tropical though. Are you a big fishing island?? Do you live near a port? I plan on having Lobster again in a month. Next time, I will have a 2-lb. lobster, instead of a one, like this past week. I'm going once a month. I deserve a present each month until Christmas. That's when I give other's gifts. I plan on sending my foster child some money for his Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners. I'm sending $50 to Guatemala, and that goes far. He might have enough easily, to get another shirt and jeans. His name is Jesus. And he can talk Spanish better than I can. Heheheheh. We both speak English and Spanish. I am more fluent in Spanish than he is in English. Tell me some new things about yourself!! Do you play golf?? Horseshoes, or badminton?? Don't worry, biking alone can be a great blessing. You just have to like it enough to do it every time. I do not have a good enough bike for it. Right now, I have no bike. I must find one with a banana seat and monkey bars (bike handles). Have you sold the house yet, by any chance? I sure do hope so, for you. Well, I'll go ahead and get going for now. I'm going to stay online for a bit and then go have a big salad with all the trimmings and Caesar salad dressing!! Delicious!

I will keep in touch, Al!! Write when you can. You're like a brother to me, to be honest. My favorite friend here. None have been as helpful and loyal as you indeed!! Thanks for that, Al!!!

May Life Treat You Best Of All,

Michael

Dear Hedshaker, gcthomas,

What's new the past few days?? It seems like every day of my life is packed with things to do. I haven't been bored for over 40 years now. How can I be, considering the Lord and angels have spoken to me and I must tell others their messages.

That aside, I just had about three waffles and am ready to have a wonderful salad after I check out here. Hey, I miss you guys. Why cannot you keep in touch, just to let me know how your life is going and what you are doing. You never know what will happen. Well, the balls in your courts now. If you don't want to post, it's okay. No pressure here.

Best Wishes And Good Tidings!!

Michael

Hi Michael,
The Earth is a planet, a lump of rock, and the sun is a typical star, in a few billion years they won't exist.

Our weather has become almost boringly pleasant with no sign of anything wet at the moment. I suppose the leaves will soon begin to fall. ;)
I've always found that dentist's injections work well for me.

Alwight, do you get rain almost every day?? I'm thinking that you are like FL. They have rain for about 1/2 hour every day. They are tropical though.
No, it's certainly not tropical here, sometimes we get rain sometimes we don't.

Not I don't go fishing any more myself, but there are many ports, harbours and beaches around here, but from my scuba diving days I know there is more sea life to be found elsewhere. It's a bit overfished around here maybe.

I think your mind can multitask better than mine Michael, I tend to do one thing at a time.;)
There has been a delay with the paperwork selling the house, which has been annoying, but after a few phone calls I think things are now moving to a conclusion.

Thanks Michael, but this is a hard nosed forum after all rather than a social club, "real life" is perhaps where your real friends should be.

Florida is consider sub tropical. I know the UK is considered temperate. I think Michael might be getting confused by the precipitation levels. Many subtropical and tropical areas do get a lot of rain because of how fast water evaporates in warmer climates. Also the warmer the air the more water vapor it can contain.

When I think of Florida I usually "see" alligators and airboats. :)

The Everglades. There is a lot more to Florida than that. In fact there is more to the Everglades than that. As you head down from Mimai/Dade to the Keys the Everglades becomes brackish water and slowly gives way to mangrove clusters and tidal islands. Many people think the Everglades is a swamp, but it is actually a very slow moving river that flows south out of Lake Ockeechobee criss crossed by channels.

Just watch out for sinkholes? :sherlock:

The English Channel bathes in the balmy waters of the Gulf Stream, doesn't it? I would have thought you would have palm trees and at least a few saltwater crocodiles climbing ashore at Shanklin.

The Gulf Stream is cooled down quite a bit by the time it gets near the UK. Admittedly it is still warmer than what would be ambient temperature there without it being a current from warmer climates.

Yes the average temperature here on the island is perhaps one or two degrees warmer generally than most other places in the south. There are a few palm trees, but the only crocodiles would be in the Sandown zoo.

NY City lines up laterally with Spain but gets much colder winters than we do here basking in the Gulf stream.

I realize this. That's why I moved to FL. I spent 35 years in the northeast US. I liked the spring, summer, autumn (especially Indian summer - November was incredibly depressing for me there), and the winters for skiing. Other than that I hated waiting for April so I could fish and enjoy the water again. My knees are not as strong as they were when I was younger, so I decided to give up skiing for scuba diving. As it costs about the same now.
