Yes, you are by being a piss poor role model. Since we know you do not use a mask or socially distance, you are playing the odds and have been fortunate so far. Most young people will be fortunate when it comes to the disease. But, you have been a vector of the disease unwittingly? Has someone else who is influenced by your cavalier attitude lessened their efforts who has been a vector of the disease?
I do not think triage should be influenced by how stupid and selfish the patient has been, but some accountability placed on those who could have done some simple things for the greater good but do not, should be delivered in full measure.

The best response going forward is “ no vaccination, no treatment”. No entrance to doctor’s offices, hospitals or ER’s without proof of vaccination.
