The Lord sent the serpents...
To kill. That makes them ministers of death.
And just like we need christ to save us from the effects of Adam's sin at the tree, they needed the serpent on the pole.
Which ministry of the Spirit is as the tree of life...I get that. And thanks for writing it out here.
Is there a way to download a group of posts here? For instance, if I wanted to download all of my posts, or a whole thread, could I do it? Could a mod do it?
I don't think that's quite accurate.
Here's one other option. I think there are others:
Numbers 21:6 KJV — And the LORD sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people; and much people of Israel died.
You'll have to explain that to me, 'cause I'm not getting your wink. But you don't have to do it here. I don't think it's on topic to spin off about the hydroplate theory, if that's where you're going.
God tells us numerous times that the world is set on something firm, like "pillars" and "foundations", yet we see nothing holding up the earth. Don't you think these firm things are poetic for a force that holds them in place while allowing them to move?
To say that God would need to be...
That's fine. Regarding getting off on the right foot, just know that if you agree with everyone, you're not providing any useful inputs. We respect well-thought inputs, and we try to provide the same, with human frailties, of course.
I can laugh at this, since I'm over 60 and married.
But I'm still trying to figure out why a bowling ball illustrates the speed of light. Probably a suggestion for where those Christian boys should take the girls out to?
Ouch. It sure is a good thing we know who has the power to set things right and raise the dead. My your great-granddaughter be blessed by your care for her and you as well.
