Paul did not write Hebrews; we do not know who did

Agreed, but some don't seem to be able to differentiate the believing Israelites from the unbelieving Israelites. The believers are not going to be removed before anyone else. I can never understand false beliefs. Thank you for the exhortation. Do you feel that name calling bolsters your...

    Is believing/faith a work ?

So you are not a "spiritual" man? Paul wrote..."But he that is spiritual judgeth all things,..." (1 Cor 2:15) The ability to kill the old non-spiritual man is available to you when you are ready to quit serving sin and want to serve God instead.

Paul did not write Hebrews; we do not know who did

Were the seven churches of Asia all or partially Jewish? Most likely they were probably mostly, if not all, Gentile. Either way, the letters of Revelation included Gentiles. The "facts" show Gentiles included in the book of Revelations. It concerns everybody. If Jesus was a Jew, and we are "in...

Paul did not write Hebrews; we do not know who did

The words pastor and bishop are synonymous with the word "shepherd". Your religion has made up its' own definitions of words in order to make more layers to separate men from God.

    Is believing/faith a work ?

If it was the truth Jesus spoke of in John 8:32-34 it would have freed you from committing sin. Has it? Or is it some other conflicting "truth" that cannot free you from service to sin?

    Is believing/faith a work ?

Point out the falsity. At least they admit some can be sinless, by what ever means. If both, where is the dichotomy? Yes, as He has allowed all the other works of Adams seeds to happen. You can't be convinced, or you would already be one of us. Not in this case. Both spoke from the covenant...

They are not bishops if they have no wife. (1 Tim 3:2)

    Is believing/faith a work ?

But the OP is wrong. God didn't force me to repent of sin and get baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of past sins. He doesn't force me to resist temptations and love my neighbor as I love myself. I will be judged on the last day for my actions, but if God "made me do it"...

    Is believing/faith a work ?

I see your point. With his/her mind-set, I wonder why we are told to bring the gospel of redemption to every one on earth? It is written..."And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. 19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in...

    Is believing/faith a work ?

Thank goodness it isn't one of the "works of the Law" that Paul wrote against. Specifically, circumcision, dietary rules, sabbath keeping, tithing, etc.
