Academically he'll get more with me. Pre K isn't going to challenge him, but it's great socialization. We cover academics indirectly as extensions of things he loves.

His mom drops him off so it wasn't as traumatic in that sense. He's found his first friend outside of the family and is excited. My wife said the other morning Cole was at the door of her car beaming, waiting for Jack to scramble out.

Now if Cole will stop misbehaving and spend less time in the time out chair...Jack's teacher reports he's doing fine and sharp as a razor. I ask Jack what they're learning and he shrugs. He isn't learning. He already knows what they're teaching the other kids. He's reading...I asked him if he told anyone he knows his colors, numbers, etc. and he said "No, it's okay." I understand. He has a good heart, my boy does.

He is rather a screwball and is not so likely to think much.

I am holding up, although sick and do not know for sure how sick I am, which the frustrating part is not knowing?
