Good for you!

I alternate between "Coast to Coast" and "Oldies Channel" AM radio.

I very rarely have trouble going to sleep.
I have trouble waking up.
I have trouble not having to take naps.

Rain and thunder are soothing to me.
Plus it drowns out all the house creaking noises.

I inherited one of those sleep machines when I mom passed away. I use it when one of my grandkids sleep over, but since they sleep in nana's room I get to enjoy it, too. It has a choice of rain, train, ocean, wind, brook and night (crickets and frogs). Kinda cool.

That's what my mom falls asleep listening to. Drives me nuts whenever we stay over at their house.

"Next caller, you're on the air."

"There's a flying saucer outside my winder!"

"Interesting. Now a word from our friends at Gold Line."

Yeah, I know. It drives me nuts, too.
Once in a great while they'll have a program worth my attention.
I'm usually asleep within five minutes anyway.
I do like to be aware of what the general population is being fed.
It's mostly subterfuge to keep them from the truth.
