Seems closer. I'm terribly sentimental, but rarely ruled by emotions when I'm thinking my way to a conclusion...though how I voice one can often be mitigated by my appreciation for someone. There are, after all, a number of ways to skin a...n animal. See what I mean?

Also, though I'm a P and prefer the fluid, I'm fairly absolute on a number of things and do tend to believe the point of asking questions is to find answers. :)

I think you have top consider, you are intelligent, likely to know how questions score? I know because I have the same issue, only magnified, by doing so much with this.

I think I am a P too; however, being part of a large organization, being more like a J, will put one in better steed.

I really do like things tidy, but I do not like everything planned out!
Oh and a hate details. like typing. spelling

MY T score is lower, such I would write it
ENtp or ENtj :)

I like that idea. I do like a bit of chaos, but I'm a bit of a minimalist and tend to keep the chaos inside a box, so my writing desk has totems and paper and books all over the place in a room that's fairly ordered and always clean. :idunno:

I think I'd be an E N f p to run with your idea.

Idealists are sure that friendly cooperation is the best way for people to achieve their goals. Conflict and confrontation upset them because they seem to put up angry barriers between people.

Maybe it should read: Conflict and confrontation upset idealists as it may interfere with creating harmony?

Idealists dream of creating harmonious, even caring personal relations, and they have a unique talent for helping people get along with each other and work together for the good of all.

It does seem many here are NF, which is uncommon in the general population, particularly, INFP, INTJ, INTP, and the rarest, INFJ.

See these, ESTJ, ENTJ, and ENTP

Do you agree with what is says about your type? From knowing me, do you think I am more like ENTJ, or ENTP?

No worries about disagreeing, as I have no way to know who created the data and how accurate it is?

yes, i agree with mine, its pretty much accurate, the only thing about its description that i dont agree with is that it says i am very concerned about social opinion. While i (like most people) would like to be liked and respected, its never a condition for me on saying what i think and feel even when i know it wont be perceived well, i will take a position that isnt popular, if i believe it the right one, no matter what other people think.

I think from what ive seen of your posts, that the j and p are both true about you.

Energy: 20% Intuitive

Nature: 22% Feeling

Tactics: 1% Judging

Identity: 100% Assertive

It fits me these days.

So introverted and assertive are more firmly rooted and the others probably move about a bit. :)

Pretty much, although I am not shy or diffident by any means. I just don't talk much unless I have a reason and I've been told I have too much self-confidence, hence the high assertiveness, if that makes sense.

It's no wonder people get irked with my laidback style. It doesn't seem normal to be so assertive (in this context) . I just don't understand why people worry, which leads to family and friends trying to pick fights with me over things.

When I am just all like, "It'll be ok, things always play out on way or the other. I just deal."

I can overthink a thing to death and then give it CPR because I wasn't finished yet. :chuckle:

Having someone tell me everything will be okay is sometimes all I need to hear.

Yep. The INTP thinks a man's clothes should reflect the way he dresses. If it's clean, and meets local ordinances, then it's good to go.

Yep, yep! :p

Ill dress up for special occasions like weddings, but that's about it. Its not important to me. Of course, I've come to care more about looking good than when I was younger - but I'm still not nearly concerned as most. Simple is best.

I have found that in life if you keep calm and have a plan things work out. You can look at the results positively or negatively, but they work out :chuckle: .
