Bad: Trump's behavior toward Sessions

http://www.reuters.com/article/us-usa-trump-sessions-idUSKBN1AA21V

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions' allies say President Donald Trump is carrying out a deliberate public campaign to pressure him to quit, rather than fire him outright, but the country's top lawyer has no intention of resigning.

Trump said in a tweet on Tuesday that Sessions had "taken a VERY weak position" on investigating his former opponent in the 2016 presidential election, Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton, over her use of a private email server. On Monday, Trump had called his attorney general "beleaguered".

Trump is angry that Sessions recused himself from the federal investigation into possible collusion between Trump's election campaign team and Russia. The Kremlin says it did not interfere in the election, and Trump has denied any collusion.

....

The public attacks by a president on a member of his own Cabinet and onetime close political ally have stunned many in Washington. Trump has torn out yet another page from the rulebook - typically a president would convey his displeasure with a cabinet secretary out of the public eye.

"In an administration where a lot of unexpected things have happened, this may be the most unexpected. This has risen to a level that we have never seen before,” said Douglas Heye, a former top aide to former Republican House Majority Leader Eric Cantor.

Republican lawmakers sprang to Sessions' defense on Tuesday, and the top Democrat in the Senate, Chuck Schumer, accused Trump of trying to "bully his own attorney general out of office." He said if Trump fired Sessions, Democrats would fight any attempt to replace him during the August congressional recess.

Trump's public criticism of Sessions began in earnest in an interview with the New York Times last week in which he said that he would not have hired him had he known he would recuse himself from the Russia investigation.

He followed that with the critical tweets, and close aides, White House press secretary Sarah Sanders and newly installed White House communications director Anthony Scaramucci have gone on television to reinforce Trump's frustration with Sessions.

Trump seems to think that the AG is to act as Trump's personal defender.

Trump is trash through and through.

Back during his Casino days fiascos, Trump, who even now is an obsessive micro managing liar who takes credit for any success he has had nothing to do with to begin with, not only took full credit for what little success with his casinos his incompetence had been unable to prevent his best people from pulling off despite his ever being in their way, but when three of his best were killed in a helicopter accident, he not only blamed them for his massive failure, but claimed he had almost been on that helicopter with them (when the jerk was actually no where near that helicopter, when it took off on it's fated flight.)

The man is trash, through and through.

We're talking a man who brags in his first book of having a mobster on his payroll because the guy often saved him more money than he stole from Trump.

The Trump supporter's culpability in his idol worship of such one such as Trump?

Luke 16:15 And he said unto them, Ye are they which justify yourselves before men; but God knoweth your hearts: for that which is highly esteemed among men is abomination in the sight of God.

Considering how much harsher towards such the Scripture is than I was there, I was being kind.

Jeremiah 16:4 They shall die of grievous deaths; they shall not be lamented; neither shall they be buried; but they shall be as dung upon the face of the earth: and they shall be consumed by the sword, and by famine; and their carcases shall be meat for the fowls of heaven, and for the beasts of the earth.

But you are often the ever guessing at Scripturally incompetent on many an issue; and one ever in denial where both your obviously false sense of self and that of your false idol: Don the Con, are concerned.

Feel free to have the last word on this also.

For your kind ever live for conflict upon conflict.

It is...the very seat of your hypocrisy.

You're dumb, GD.

Plain and simple.

Great speech yestyerday to the Boy Scouts :chuckle:

Nope. He politicized what should have been nonpartisan, and padded his narcissistic self-aggrandizement with stupid lines about his party days in New York and some guy with a yacht. What the heck. What a blooming idiot.

So is Hillary :chuckle:

Can't argue that - she probably is, but she has a better reason, because she'll never know if the Russians made enough of a difference.

Trump just wants to bask in November Forever. Take a bath in it. Rub it all over himself and roll all over the Oval Office in it.

... I just grossed myself out.
