Paul said it was a mystery.

You claim the mystery Paul preached was given to him first.

Why then did Paul quote Jer 31 if it was a mystery?

(Rom 11:25 KJV) I do not want you to be ignorant of this mystery...
Your agenda does not allow you to read what is actually there. You're always twisting it to fit your mold.
Rom 11:25 KJV For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in.
THIS MYSTERY was not Jer 31.

Jer 31 WILL come AFTER 'this mystery' is COMPLETE, just like Paul says.
Rom 11:26-27 KJV And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob: (27) For this is my covenant unto them, when I shall take away their sins.
The AND SO is NOT a continuation of 'this mystery" but what happens AFTER IT!

David's Tent stood (spiritually) from 30AD to 70AD.

No.

The blood of Christ meant that the first temple was no longer standing. You wont understand that.

Heb 9:8 The Holy Ghost this signifying, that the way into the holiest of all was not yet made manifest, while as the first tabernacle was yet standing:

The first tabernacle was Christ Himself before his death.

Since you do not know the LORD Jesus Christ, it's no wonder that you understand nothing else.
Act 3:19-21 KJV Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord; (20) And he shall send Jesus Christ, which before was preached unto you: (21) Whom the heaven must receive until the times of restitution of all things, which God hath spoken by the mouth of all his holy prophets since the world began.
When will THEIR sins be blotted out?

There is no time indication intended in the original. There are 3 results of repentance: blotting out,
refreshing, and
sending Christ not as a 2nd coming or a theocratic ruler, but in the Christian sense. Because he does 'stay' in heaven until the time of restoration. The sending is like the sending of the Spirit. This is one of the theological proofs of the deep unity between Christ and the Spirit, like the interposition found when comparing 'be filled with the Word of Christ' in Col 3 and Eph 5.

Justification by Christ must be grasped to understand what is being said here. It is not that Israel would stop sinning, but that the debt of sin (especially the crucification) would be dismissed, for justification is about debt. When the debt is dismissed, people are more empowered and inspired to live rightly. Judaism cannot get rid of debt and is weaker for it.

The blessing that came was Christ and his turning them from their system and its way, v26. Those who don't risk being extirpated: disinherited, because the people of God always was those who had faith, not the genetic race. The blessing is cast wide enough to include all nations.

You truly have no brain in your head.

Have you every heard of future tense? I guess not.

SHALL COME means IN THE FUTURE.

That's nonsense, the "times of refreshing" is when Israel will be restored. When He SHALL SEND JESUS CHRIST.... that's a time element.

Read it in its context, here is a helper:
Act 3:25 KJV Ye are the children of the prophets, and of the covenant which God made with our fathers, saying unto Abraham, And in thy seed shall all the kindreds of the earth be blessed.
Peter is specifically talking to Israel about thing pertaining to Israel.

Read the whole passage--

Act 3:18 But those things, which God before had shewed by the mouth of all his prophets, that Christ should suffer, he hath so fulfilled.
Act 3:19 Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord;

Act 3:20 And he shall send Jesus Christ, which before was preached unto you:
Act 3:21 Whom the heaven must receive until the times of restitution of all things,
which God hath spoken by the mouth of all his holy prophets since the world began.
Act 3:22 For Moses truly said unto the fathers, A prophet shall the Lord your God raise up unto you of your brethren, like unto me; him shall ye hear in all things whatsoever he shall say unto you.
Act 3:23 And it shall come to pass, that every soul, which will not hear that prophet, shall be destroyed from among the people.
Act 3:24 Yea, and all the prophets from Samuel and those that follow after, as many as have spoken, have likewise foretold of these days.
Act 3:25 Ye are the children of the prophets, and of the covenant which God made with our fathers, saying unto Abraham, And in thy seed shall all the kindreds of the earth be blessed.
Act 3:26 Unto you first God, having raised up his Son Jesus, sent him to bless you, in turning away every one of you from his iniquities.
