High-profile gay activist minister charged with sexually abusing boy in 1970s

TORONTO, February 2, 2016 (LifeSiteNews) -- Canada’s most celebrated homosexual activist minister has been charged for allegedly sexually abusing a boy in the mid-1970s.

Rev. Brent Hawkes, 65, of the Metropolitan Community Church in Toronto, has been charged with indecent assault on a male and gross indecency. He was summoned to court in Kentville, Nova Scotia yesterday to face the charges. Local police have refused to provide further details.

Hawkes, who lives with his male "husband," has become a major icon of homosexual activism in Canada.

He famously flouted Canadian law by illegally "marrying" a homosexual couple in his Toronto church in 2001. When the Canadian government would not recognize it, he took the government to court. For his “lifetime of distinguished service” in promoting homosexual ‘rights’ and ‘equality’ Hawkes received Canada’s highest civilian award — the Order of Canada — in 2007. In 2014, the WorldPride Parade in Toronto honored Hawkes by making him grand marshal of the event.

Hawkes is denying the charges. “I want to be crystal clear: I am innocent of these allegations. The purported events simply did not take place,” he said in a statement appearing on his church’s website...

With the 88th annual Academy Awards being presented on Sunday February 28th, I thought that this month would be an excellent opportunity to not only show my favorite films (documentaries) which have been shown throughout this 4 part thread, but to give them awards as well.

After I do that I'll review 'gay culture' and show the various LGBTQueer themed movies that were nominated and given awards by Hollywood over the years at the Academy Awards.

I would be snubbing 'gay culture' if I didn't do a review of some of the past LGBTQ film festivals and the various themes of many of these films.

Back in 2008, conservative Ryan Sorba went into the bowels of lesbianism (Smith College in Northhampton Massachusetts) and attempted to give a speech on his extremely well researched paper entitled "The Born Gay Hoax".

As the video shows, the dykes at Smith College were literally crawling through windows to silence hear what Ryan Sorba had to say on the subject ("bangin' on the bongos pots and pans like a chim-pan-zee").

Doritos ran a Super Bowl commercial that has the pro-choice crowd in a frothing rage.

The commercial (which you can see here) features a pregnant woman on the verge of giving birth. She is receiving an ultrasound while her husband stands nonchalantly next to the bed munching on some Doritos.

The dad playfully offers a Dorito to the baby in the ultrasound, who reaches for it. The dad teases the baby by offering another Dorito and then snatching it back after the baby reaches for it again.

The exasperated mom grabs the Dorito out of her husband's hand, and throws it toward the foot of the bed. Then next thing we see is the baby jetting out of ultrasound range to go after that chip. Suddenly a baby is born. It's pretty cute.

The pro-abortion group NARAL (which used to call itself the National Abortion Rights League) was outraged and tweeted out an angry response. Why was the pro-death crowd so agitated? Doritos was "using #anti-choice tactic of humanizing fetuses."

That reveals everything you need to know about the pro-abortion movement. They know that the moment the baby in the womb is humanized, the argument is over. Once the personhood of a preborn baby is established, there no longer remains an argument for abortion.

Several years ago a group of Christians went to the Castro District in San Francisco (populated exclusively by proud and unrepentant homosexuals) and had the audacity to attempt to share God's Word with them (GASP! Say it aint so!).

Part 1 shows the loving and warm reception that those mean hateful Christians received, and part 2 talks about the specifics of the incident (having hot coffee poured over them, being kicked, you know, the things that kind loving tolerant people do to everyone).
