I gotta hand it to Pope Frank for speaking out on this issue, as he's been real wishy washy when it comes to the culture war. I have to warn you though Frank, any further talk like this and not only will the fag rag " The Advocate" rebuke your "Man of the Year" Award, but TOL'er Art Brain (whose spent 2 hours at the Holocaust Museum, hence making him an expert on the subject of Adolf Hitler) will give you a piece of his mind as well.

That was two hours more than you aCW, and so many less hours than those who were forced into such an atrocious place including those 'lisping' homosexuals you don't give a damn about. I've never claimed to be an 'expert' on Hitler but then I don't equate expertise with a familiarity with an abundance of biased source material including neo-Nazi websites, whacked out revisionist history and blogs.

You really are one utter crank.

For those of you that don't read Loonatarian: Jr. (who since starting community college last year has advanced clear to the letter "X" in the alphabet) just said that if we as a society recriminalize homosexuality we have to criminalize all you can eat buffets as well (if you don't believe me, check Part 2's table of contents for Jr.'s loonatarian analogies).

Not exactly. The problem is with your REASONING moreso than the conclusion.

Like your fellow sexual anarchists Jr., your problem isn't with me, it's with God.

Speaking of which:

I didn't go back to your latest Libertarian thread (one can only handle so much stench) to see if you got around to answering my question (which I've asked in this thread before but you didn't answer) :

You're allegedly the son of a Christian pastor; what happened in your life that would make someone who was blessed to grow up with Holy Scripture as a huge part of his life to all of the sudden identify with the abortionists, homosexuals/pedophiles/pederasts, drug pushers, pornographers (kiddy porn included) and prostitutes that make up the Libertarian movement?

For the past 25 years the proud and unrepentant perverts at GLAAD (formerly the "Gay Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation") have held their annual media award; this year marks the 26th time that they celebrate how far they've pushed perversion on America and it's so-called 'entertainment industry'.

Welcome to the world of 'entertainment' here in the once Judeo-Christian based United States of America. Keep in mind (as I pointed out with "Pretty Little Liars"), that some of these shows are for kids and teens.

But not all of us are proud of our sins nor do we create an extremely powerful movement to promote it.
Seems more likely to me then aCW that not all gays actually think that their particular sexual activity is any more "sinful" than that of most straight people, nor even give a rat's about what you may think of what you clearly like to imagine they might be doing together?
Without homophobic bigotry there would probably be no perceived need for any activist movements to combat it.
As ye sow so shall ye reap?

Come on Al, with the GLAAD media awards nominations just out, I thought for sure you'd want to talk about homosexual 'culture'.

Let's take a brief look at what the sexual anarchist movement is calling 'entertainment' these days:

Here's a good one that falls under the category of

OUTSTANDING FILM - WIDE RELEASE

The Skeleton Twins

The Skeleton Twins is a 2014 American comedy-drama film starring Bill Hader, Kristen Wiig, Luke Wilson, Ty Burrell, and Boyd Holbrook, and directed by Craig Johnson.[1][4] The film premiered in competition at 2014 Sundance Film Festival on January 18, 2014.[5] It won the Screenwriting Award: U.S. Dramatic at the festival.[6] Wiig and Hader play fraternal twins in the film.[7]

Plot

Milo (Hader) writes a brief impersonal suicide note, and cuts his wrists. Meanwhile, Maggie (Wiig) is in her bathroom preparing to swallow a handful of pills, but is interrupted by a call from a hospital informing her that her brother – whom she hasn't spoken to in 10 years – has unsuccessfully attempted suicide. Maggie goes to the hospital in California, and suggests that he come to stay with her in their hometown in New York for a while; he reluctantly agrees. Milo meets Maggie's gregarious husband Lance (Wilson), who states that he and Maggie are trying to have a baby, which surprises Milo, as Maggie said in the past that she never wanted children. Milo reacquaints himself with the town, and observes Rich (Burrell), a middle-aged man he clearly knows, working in a bookstore. Meanwhile, Maggie is taking scuba lessons, and having a compulsive sexual liaison with the instructor, Billy (Holbrook).

At Milo's invitation, their mother (Gleason) makes a surprise visit. She is a bit of a "free spirit" and has dropped in only because she was in the area, not because she's particularly interested in spending time with her children.

Maggie asks Milo if she'd be a good mother, and Milo honestly replies that she'd be overprotective and uptight, which upsets her; he later apologizes, joking that the reason he said that was his concern about her "morbid obesity." Maggie later confesses to Milo that she's been taking birth control pills, both to avoid having a child with Lance and because she's been sleeping with the instructors of all the classes she's been taking. She worries that she's not worthy to be married to Lance, but Milo reassures her.

Milo meets with Rich, who was his high school English teacher. They had a sexual relationship when Milo was 15. Rich now has a 16-year-old son, and is dating a woman...

Unlike you aCW my interest here lies more in opposing the discrimination of minorities than in what gay individuals may like to do for fun or culture.
However I do find many gay performers and comedians to be highly entertaining and often give a different perspective on life, something often rather noticeably absent in religious fundamentalists imo. :plain:

Or how about this one?

How sad that some people find this sort of thing "highly entertaining" and enjoy seeing "a different perspective on life" (and people wonder why homosexuality is called a "deathstyle"?).

Eh, if it were actually possible to do such over the internet I'd spit all over your keyboard instead in the hopes of short circuiting it...it's little wonder you had such a feeble response considering. You're better off going back to your 'Ovaltine' and 'Mother's basement' gags and how sad is that?

Why yes it is Al.

One question:

Have you been "tested" for that "fabulous" gay disease HIV/AIDS?"
Porno Pete rather seems to like hanging out with those he claims to be abhorrent.
That all rather fits well with what you apparently do in the real and virtual world, so perhaps it's true aCW ...or should that be Pete?

As to your concerns for my health Pete, no, have you?
You might be at more at risk than I am, going by what you say and do. :comeout:

Sex Without Fear
The new pill that could revolutionize gay life is reawakening old arguments.

Feb. 13, 2014

Gabriel and his friends like to go dancing at places in Chelsea and Hell’s Kitchen like Viva and Pacha. One night last winter, they ended up at a downtown club hosting a circuit party, a huge gay rave with throbbing, industrial house music. The theme was leather and S&M, and Gabriel* wore a singlet. He’s usually the least interested in drinking of the group*—he’s the responsible planner—but as the night wore on, he wound up becoming very drunk and very high and making out with lots of men. “I was feeling the fantasy of it all,” he says. A couple he vaguely knew grabbed him. They wanted to do more, insistently. Gabriel resisted at first and then, he says, decided to just give in to the spirit of the evening. It felt, at the time, freeing and hedonistic.

But he hadn’t been wearing a condom when they had sex, and in the morning, he woke up wanting nothing more than to regain control over that moment. Gabriel is a 32-year-old real-estate broker. He had tested negative for HIV the last time he’d been to a clinic. Terrified that might change, he went to Callen-Lorde, a health clinic in Chelsea, where he was placed on a 28-day course of a full HIV-medication regimen. When taken within three days of exposure, it dramatically reduces the chances of infection—something like the morning-after pill for HIV. Gabriel didn’t react well to the course: He felt nauseous and drained the whole time.

He never wanted to go through that again—neither the physical or the psychological anguish. So Gabriel got a prescription from his doctor for Truvada. Truvada is a ten-year-old HIV-treatment pill that, in 2012, quietly became the first drug to be approved by the FDA for a new use: to prevent HIV infection. The drug has the potential to dramatically alter the sexual behavior—and psychology—of a generation. When taken every day, it’s been shown in a major study to be up to 99 percent effective. For Gabriel, it was like switching to birth control instead of Plan B.

Several months after starting the drug, Gabriel says it’s allowed him to be bolder and more unapologetic in his desires, to have the kind of joyfully promiscuous, liberated sex that men enjoyed with one another in the decade or so after the Stonewall riots brought gay life out from the shadows and before the AIDS crisis shrouded it in new, darker ones...

Why am I not surprised, after all it has all of the things that the culture of death promotes:

Suicide attempts, pederasty, adultery....

You really should contact GLAAD and let them know that you appreciate that they nominated "The Skeleton Twins" for "Outstanding Film-Wide Release".

Personally Pete awards don't do anything for me, but at least when gays do it there is usually rather more pizzazz and life going on, drag queens etc, that apparently you sometimes like to go and join in with it seems, according to Dan Savage. ;)

As shown throughout this 3 part thread, the movie "The Skeleton Twins" does reflect the real life of the morally confused and spiritually empty in our country.

Obviously you've had your head submerged in the sewer so long that you think that everyone lives that way.

Newsflash anna: Not every one does.

People who believe in decency will eventually get this country turned around via righteous legislation and cultural mores' so that those who are trapped in the culture of death that you promote will be free from it.
