ECT WHY GRACE IS BEFORE PENTECOST ??

Hi to all , and there are many verses that prove it !!

In Eph 1:4 , that He CHOSE us for Himself in Him before ( the ) overthrow of ( the ) world ( for ) us to be holy and without blemish BEFORE Him in love !!

The other verse is in 2 Tim 1:9 " to ( His ) own purpose and Grace having been given is " in Christ " before ( the ) related to the AGES !

This proves that God chose us before Israel and Pentecost and before all cults , like the RCC , Mormons and the like !!

What many forget is that SAUL / PAUL was THEN before the 12 and Peter , WHY ??

Gal 1:15 says that SAUL / PAUL was saved OR SEPARATED by Grace from the WOMB , some 33 years BEFORE Peter !!

So , Grace is before Pentecost !!

Where do you get the idea of "overthrow" from Eph 1:4?

re Paul, yes, the choosing was before he was born, but what difference did that make in his life until the actual act of God to put him into the Gospel's service?

It is much simpler to illustrate grace in the OT from Psalms, or from Rom 4.

Just an observation but didn't God created the world through grace? After all His name does tell us that He is The One who has always existed and never changes so He didn't need to create anything outside of Himself because He is completely self-sufficient.

Hi , and it comes from KJV FOUNDATION / KATABOLE which means a casting down and of course is a Transliterated word with many meaning !!

In Eph 2:20 it is translated FOUNDATION / THEMELIOS !!

Grace came from the preaching of Jesus. If there are any requirements for grace, then you are not talking about it--you are talking about something else entirely.

God bestows grace on the good and the righteous as well as on the evil and the unjust.

...that ye may be the sons and daughters of your Father who is in heaven; for he makes his sun rise on evil and good, and sends rain on the just and unjust.

Hi and many use Eph 1:4 OVERTHROW and connect it to Gen 1:2 and the GAP THEORY !!

Hi and my short answer is there is a DIFFERENCE between GRACE and the DISPENSATION of Grace !!

Hi here is what I see :

#1 , First God created the Million of angels !

#2 , Then BEFORE /PRO the OVERTHROW , Gen 1:1 and 2 we were CHOSEN in Him in love , inother word the Body of Christ and another verse is 2 Tin 1:9 !!

#3 , Lucifer defected , which is another AGE !!

When Adam and Eve broke the only commandment they were given but are still in heaven.

Where are these "dispensations?". One would think it would be crystal clear and spelled out if it were this important. Bottom line is, dispensationalism says people used to be saved by works. It's works salvation and a false doctrine.

Hi and it pays to check the Greek text and will notice a LOT of Transliteration and pay attention to the CONTEXT !!

The Transliteration of the Greek word BAPTISM / BAPTIZO has 12 different English to pick from , so be careful !!

I'm wary of anyone who refers to the greek or Hebrew to support a doctrine that isn't there in English.

Many verse in Matthew thru Revelation have verbs , noun, adjectives cases , propositions ETC , so you must be KJV - ONLY , so LOL with this one !!

If no one has ever told you TRANSLATIONS are NOT Inspired , maybe you never received the MEMO , you now know !!:bang::bang:

Dan P, neither are your Greek and or Hebrew copies.

If the original is inspired, the English is inspired. You must not believe in the preservation of God's words. Now you know.
