Already answered (Post #184).
Sure it was.
Col 1:15-20 KJV Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature: (16) For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him: (17) And he is before all things, and by him all things consist. (18) And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence. (19) For it pleased the Father that in him should all fulness dwell; (20) And, having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself; by him, I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven.

My number is an extrapolation from Steve Ray's article, which indicates that the number of Protestant sects will reach approximately 61,120 by the year 2025.

It also says the catholic church has 242 denominations, and the Orthodox churches have 764 denominations. Thou declares these "stats", because thou doesn't trust freedom of religion. Thusly thou lies and exaggerates.

As I mentioned, it's a Protestant source. Ray goes on to explain the difference between a Catholic rite and a "denomination."
I doesn't prove your point, dummay. How are there different denominations of Greek and Easter Orthodox. Still, doesn't that mean Catholicism is divided into different rites. Wouldn't that mean there are 200 different sects of Catholicism? And doesn't the source also show there are fewer protestants denominations then Catholic rites or sects?

You should know better then to falsify your testimony at your other peers. So quit lying, and stop complaining about what freedom of religion has done to Christianity.
