Hi , which apostles are you talking about as God's Assembly had 12 and the Body of Christ has thousands !!
All the 12 apostles were appointed by God and not man as referenced in Acts 1:21-26 and the RCC cannot use that Protocol !!
Bishop's and Elders are chosen by each individual Assembly/EKKLESIA in 1 Tim 3:1-16 and is not used either by the RCC !!

Eph 4 says GAVE not will give. The fact is that the NT talks about even more apostles, but that means you would have to READ it.

Israel will never have more than 12 judging Israel and one Apostle for the Body of Christ , PAUL !!

There is only ONE judge for ALL mankind, and he is the same one that is our redeemer and savior.
Sorry you can only be a messenger for GOD so you have to be appointed BY God.
