We all need a filter (at times) between our mind and our mouth. Matthew 15:11 states; "Not that which goeth into the mouth defileth a man; but that which cometh out of the mouth, this defileth a man."

So the better part of wisdom is to practice self-restraint (filter) our thoughts...
