Jesus was no mere man.

I do not see God in the flesh friend. I see the logos, spirit son of God in the flesh of Jesus.

You go against Jesus who says when you see him you see the Father.

I realize that you do not understand that. Churches have not spoken much about the son who was with the Father at the creation, but scripture does shed some light on him. There is the fact that the son is the exact image of God himself. Now we know God is a spirit, so its save to think that the Son is also a spirit.

I understand your false beliefs. You believe that there were two Spirits inside Jesus but you error when saying that because there is only one Son.

Yes we do GT and that is good, however there is one special day in the week we are to honor him and recognize him as the creator of all. That is what his Sabbath is all about. He said to keep his Sabbath so not to do so is a sin. We keep his commandments the best we can, in the spirit of love for him and his people. They are not kept to buy a ticket to heaven for you can not earn salvation on your own.

Jesus is Lord of the Sabbath. Why not follow his trail?

Get over the claim that everyone is relying on church teachings but you, Keypurr. There is nothing more outrageous than that kind of spiritual pride. Most people on this site are from outside the camp, I would wager. Knock it off....it's totally dishonest, ignorant, and absolute slander. Try a new line. The fact is that you have rejected the teachings that are clearly shown in the Bible, itself. So blame us for actually reading and believing the Bible if you want to....that is the accurate and full truth of the matter.

How come you understand that here Jesus is not talking LITERALLY being a physical literal door?

How come, you, gt, do not understand Paul is doing the same thing as Jesus? Paul is NOT LITERALLY saying that Jesus is LITERALLY the Spirit, the same way Jesus is NOT LITERALLY saying He is a LITERAL door.

If you insist that Paul said that Jesus is LITERALLY the Spirit, then you have to insist that Jesus said He LITERALLY is a literal door as you demand vehemently that the Bible must be read LITERALLY.

So, in conclusion, you, gt, use whatever method you, gt, deem is what has to be for everybody else and you insist that same method is NOT for you.

it is simple truth to understand that the one GOD and all manifestations there of would be of the same spirit.

What is a stretch is that when scripture says one GOD it actually means three pieces of persons who, when their powers are combined, they become the magic three gods but really just one god with three different spirits even though GOD is spirit and there is but one spirit.

You should really fix your convoluted perception before accusing anyone of anything.

Yes, Jesus speaks of the Father....the Comforter had not yet been given. His work is "behind the scenes" at this time.




He spends a great deal of time on the Holy Spirit, we see him alluding to his work in the yellow above.



As Jesus explained when speaking of the Holy Spirit....He will "testify of me". His work is ongoing. Our Lord Jesus Christ is the one who is to receive all the glory, and the Godhead is in agreement on this.

John 16:13 Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.​

John 16:8-11 And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment Of sin, because they believe not on me; Of righteousness, because I go to my Father, and ye see me no more; Of judgment, because the prince of this world is judged.​

So rather than moving on from the verses I offered, believe them and build on them. Why not see what is set before you instead of rushing off for further proof? The basics are there in our Lord's words, and Paul, himself builds on that foundation.

1 Corinthians 3:11 For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ.​

He said that Jehovah, the Father, ANOINTED him with Jehovah's own spirit. Would Jehovah take Jesus' spirit and claim it as His own, to anoint Jesus with it?

He was anointed with the Spirit of GOD; filling His vessel. There was no room for another spirit. There can only be one master and the spirit of His MASTER is what guided Him wholly. It was His Spirit.

That doesn't in any way say that one must believe GOD is three people to be saved.

See, you're assuming that the Son was created, and that's why you have a problem with that verse. It clearly states that the Son was equal with God. The Son was NOT created, because He is God the Son. He existed with the Father and the Holy Spirit for all of eternity past.

The word is what all was created through; it came from GOD.

When you're talking about a particular verse, you need to use the correct terminology. For some reason, you've taken to changing the words of the text to fit your own particular bent. The name used for the Lord in that text is the Son of Man.

You also ignore the context, which means you have some other notion in mind than what was written.

Mark 3:28 Verily I say unto you, All sins shall be forgiven unto the sons of men, and blasphemies wherewith soever they shall blaspheme: 29 But he that shall blaspheme against the Holy Ghost hath never forgiveness, but is in danger of eternal damnation. 30 Because they said, He hath an unclean spirit.​

It's pointless to try and carry on discussions with you if you insist on changing the word of God to suit your agenda. Holy men of God were inspired to write those words, and you need to respect what they have written. Words matter.
