Jesus' finished work is NOT that no one has to do anything anymore!

Here you go again trying to help the Lord's already finished/completed work for your Salvation. What a shame.

Rejecter of the ONLY WAY for SALVATION: Jesus Christ and His finished/completed work at the Cross of Calvary and He placing the one who calls on His name in Him.

Unbelievable.

You say that there is nothing that Jesus says when he walked the earth are things for us to live by?!!!

And, you condemn people such as myself for doing what Jesus says when he walked the earth!

You find nothing wrong with that?

I answered your question. Again, you do not like the answer. The Lord was not talking to you, gt. He was speaking to them at that time and exclusively to them then.

Now, that does not mean that we cannot gleen from His wisdom to them then. But, no, He was not speaking to us, now. Sorry, the RISEN Lord gave Paul what it is for us now from everything the Lord said to them then.

If you could only understand, you would not have to work so hard to obtain what the Lord so freely gives and you reject by your stubbornness that you need to help Him to save you.

lol

The secret to heaven is not do nothing, i.e. do not obey.

Oh, foolish, foolish woman. The SECRET to heaven is Jesus Christ and His finished/completed work at the Cross of Calvary and He placing all who call on His name in Him.

But you by choice have become an avid rejecter of the ONLY WAY for SALVATION/HEAVEN. Preaching that your obedience is the secret to salvation/heaven.

The rejector the free gift is one who does nothing with it but throw it over his shoulder.

Foolish, foolish one. No. No. No.

The rejecter of the gift is the one who says, 'Oh, wait Lord, I have to help you and ADD to what you have already completed. I am not rejecting your gift. I just have to help you.'

Another example of a Rejecter of the ONLY WAY for SALVATION: Jesus Christ and His finished/completed work at the Cross of Calvary and He placing all who call on His name in Him.

They think that they can shame you for having some of the same beliefs that I do.

However, God says to be like minded and that we should especially love each other.

They want you to hate me.

Foolish, foolish woman.

If anyone wanted anybody to 'hate you' as you say, we would have stopped talking to you a long, long time ago, however, because we do love you we say as Paul, 'Am I therefore become your enemy, because I tell you God's Truth?' (Gal. 4:16). What God's Truth was Paul talking about? He tells you himself in 1 Corinthians 2:1-5.

I, brethren, when I came to you, came not with excellency of speech or of wisdom, declaring unto you the testimony of God. For I determined not to know any thing among you, save Jesus Christ, and him crucified.

Wondering, do you believe we all have a spirit, our own spirit that looks exactly like us, and it lives on after the death of our physical body? Well we do, and God the Father is Spirit and looks like something, a someone...

Do you have any idea what I am talking about?
I do believe we have a spirit and that it is a reflection of sorts of the character of our heart.

I agree too that Jesus is the physical manifestation of the singular Spirit of life that is GOD. Saying Christ is this self same Spirit is also true.

I don't know that I believe we carry on imidiately after physical death, but that we indeed will be brought up from the dead and judged; each one of us; upon the advent of the eighth day.

As far as physically literally being brought back to material existence is concerned; I can't say I believe that, but don't wholly disregard it either.

As far as conscious memory of past physical life within afterlife or spiritual life is concerned; I cannot speak for that either way really without it being conjecture.

I would enjoy hearing your thoughts panther subjects though; even privately would be fine.

I must admit I am confused as to the nature of your comment.
Would you clarify please and forgive my apparent ignorance.

Rossenritter puts me down every chance she/he gets. She/he spoke of me in a post in an ill manner and you gave him/her a thanks.

When will you understand that it isn't that we deem the LORD need our help, but though we are unworthy of the free gift; how much more detestable are we who reject His free gift knowingly?

Those with knowledge are held accountable for such, regardless of who gave it. Are we in agreement on this singular point?

Acceptance as opposed to rejection and having two masters.

Hint; obedience isn't a secret; it is plainly stated throughout all of scripture, including the writings attributed to St. Paul.

I believe that we are spiritual creatures inhabiting a fleshy body, and that we possess souls that allow us to relate and communicate meaningfully with, at least to some degree, other creatures that have souls.

Humans are body, soul, and spirit. Many animals (such as dogs, cats, horses, etc.) are body and soul, but no spirit, and some are only body (such as bugs). They won't be going to heaven, (sorry, animal lovers). Plants are physical bodies, but do not have either soul or spirit.

Anyone that has RECEIVED the gift of Jesus Christ and His finished/completed work at the Cross of Calvary and He placing all who call on His name in Him, will be changed and KNOW that he/she has been changed.
Then why errenously claim freedom to knowingly sin and stay bound to sin that you have knowingly been freed from by the death of the Christ?

Was His blood not enough for you to accept what He said and taught?

You are not glorifying God's Word.

Do you not understand what the WORD of God means?

It means everything that comes out of the mouth of God.

We can 'gleen' from his wisdom? Disgusting.
