God's Truth

Knowing EE, I know he has hidden agenda.
I am thinking that too now.
Knowing EE, I know he has hidden agenda.
No, it doesn't, which is evidence that you continually argue against things you don't understand.
EE's agenda is to persuade others of the truth....for their good.
This was the first major hurtle and you aced it! If you would be so willing... could you compliment this with scripture that supports it? I only ask this because you are excellent at doing so.
All Respect and Grace in Him,

Like the huge number of straw-man beaters around here.
What exactly do you want a scripture saying? I have an idea but I want to make sure we are still in mutual understanding.
The trinitarian doctrine says that the three are distinct. Distinct means different. The trinitarian doctrine also says they are separate.
The trinity doctrine says the three ARE DISTINCT. Distinct means different. The trinity doctrine says they are not the same.
Give a link for the definition and a few sentences that say they are not distinct/different.
The trinitarian doctrine says that the three are distinct. Distinct means different. The trinitarian doctrine also says they are separate.
EE says he does not go by the trinity doctrine.
They are ONE, they are NOT the "same".Why are you denying that the trinity doctrine says they are different? You go against me for saying they are not different.
It would be verses that show the relationship between the Father and the Son in the gospels... as in verses where the Son addresses the Father and the Father addresses the Son.
I hope this clearifies... if it doesn't, I'll gladly expound.
You said separate which is what we disagreed with.
We agreed that Trinitarian teaching says they are distinct ....which they are.
Distinct/different in person, same in being/essence/nature.
Same GOD with three persons within the one GOD.
They are ONE, they are NOT the "same".
It is YOU that denies what the Bible teaches.
They are ONE, they are NOT the "same".
It is YOU that denies what the Bible teaches.
You are a modalist heretic.Just like you fail to see that the trinity doctrine makes three separate Gods, I will prove with scripture that there is only God revealing Himself to us in three different modes.
ONCE AGAIN, you attack a STRAW-MAN. That is NOT what the trinity doctrine teaches! The trinity doctrine says there are three, mind you that there are three, but the trinity doctrine says the Holy Spirit is their Spirit of both of them. Jesus IS SPIRIT, God the Father IS Spirit. The trinity doctrine makes THREE DIFFERENT/DISTINCT Spirits, or they straight out deny that God is Spirit and Jesus is Spirit! Which is it? What do you want to claim? I can prove you wrong about both those things your trinity doctrine implies.
Separate meaning they are not the same. As a side note, some people have explained this difference as also being separate and whether you want to admit it or not, the trinity doctrine implies that they are separate while denying it. Just because you feel that they always work together that does not mean they are not separate according to what the doctrine implies. It is like trying to explain to a Catholic that they bow to statues and it is a wrong thing to do, they will argue they are not bowing to the statues but only to God whom the statue represents. Again, denial shows blindness it does not prove truth.
The Father, Son, and Holy Spirit are distinct, and I never said otherwise.I am glad that you do not believe the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit are separate and distinct/different. However, trinitarians say that they are. I will look for a link for you later.
THREE replies to the SAME POST.The trinity doctrine says that the Holy Spirit is God's and Jesus' Spirit, as if they God HIMSELF is NOT a Spirit---as if Jesus himself is NOT a Spirit.
