Jesus is the firstborn over all creation and then all things were made through his body, for him, and by him.

And this, dear reader, is how satan's ministers quote God's word. Blasphemy.

Where does the verse say, All things were made THROUGH HIS BODY?

IT'S NOT THERE.

Col. 1:16 For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:

This poster, God's Untruth, is nothing more than satan's mouthpiece.
Depart from among us you worker of iniquity.
We've tolerated your lies long enough. :readthis:

Who said that the trinity was explainable. If it is or is not explain to me how one can be fully God and fully man. I did not say you had to understand the article. Did you understand its intent?

True!

Rom 11:33 O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! how unsearchable are his judgments, and his ways past finding out!
Rom 11:34 For who hath known the mind of the Lord? or who hath been his counsellor?

The men who struggled with the implications of Scripture regarding GOD's nature and the natures of Christ understood that they were dealing with mystery and concepts that were beyond man's finite grasp, and.... they had respect for it. They understood that GOD's Being is incomprehensible.
They worked faithfully and diligently to develop terms with which to express what Scripture implies and guarded carefully against offending Scripture. In nearly two-thousand years no one has formulated a better expression than the Trinitarian doctrine and those that try to always come up with a heresy that someone came up with in the past.

The word 'body' is not in Paul's reference in Colosians. That's your made-up idea and addition.

God made the plan for salvation to be THROUGH Jesus' body before He made anything.

The universe was made in him.

Colossians 1:16 For in him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things have been created through him and for him.

John 1:3
Through Him all things were made, and without Him nothing was made that has been made.

John 1:10
He was in the world, and though the world was made through Him, the world did not recognize Him.

Hebrews 1:2
But in these last days He has spoken to us by His Son, whom He appointed heir of all things, and through whom He made the universe.

Romans 11:36
For from Him and through Him and to Him are all things. To Him be the glory forever! Amen.

1 Corinthians 8:6
yet for us there is but one God, the Father, from whom all things came and for whom we exist. And there is but one Lord, Jesus Christ, through whom all things came and through whom we exist.

Jesus reconciles everything though him, again. Reconcile means again.

Ephesians 1:10
as a plan for the fullness of time, to bring all things in heaven and on earth together in Christ.

Colossians 1:20
and through Him to reconcile to Himself all things, whether things on earth or things in heaven, by making peace through the blood of His cross.

Revelation 3:14 "And to the minister of the Church at Laodicea write as follows: "'This is what the Amen says--the true and faithful witness, the Beginning and Lord of God's Creation.

Paul says that all things were created by 'Him', not 'by his body'.

He is the firstborn over all creation. After he rose from the dead, he ascended to heaven with the same glory he had before coming.

GOD didn't need a body to create anything.

God the Father is INVISIBLE.

The Bible says the Father had a soul.

The Father was seen.

'Firstborn' is a title of rank in that context.

Firstborn is what is said about Jesus being the firstborn over all CREATION. The creation is everything seen and unseen.

If it is not explainable, then it is not defendable.

Read that article. It says it isn't explainable.

By the way, you gave me a neg rep just a bit ago and told me to study the scriptures. You have a lot of nerves telling me to study the scriptures when you have to copy and paste what someone else says about the trinity doctrine. The trinity doctrine that you use to condemn people with.

I understood the article. The article explained NOTHING. It says Jesus was fully God and fully man because he says so. He also says that it can't be explained.

I know how Jesus is fully God and fully man. I can explain it because it is in the scriptures.

Yeppers, I neg repped you for blasphemy.

Indeed, and the unsaved do not understand it because they do not believe what the word tells us. Therefore, it's obvious when we see someone unwilling to admit to what is shown. They are always left having to "explain" it in their own terms which NEVER remain true to what is written. Thus we remain stuck with people like God's Untruth...ever "learning" but never coming to the knowledge of the truth.

People were put to death for the trinity doctrine. You condemn people here for not believing in it. You have got to see that it is not right what you do when you can't even explain your beliefs.

The only god that would be fully explainable would have to be a lesser being than we are.

The true GOD is beyond our grasp, which is another reason that GOD became incarnate. He condescended to us.

There is no excuse for the made up trinity doctrine when it goes against the scriptures.

It's been explained. The word of God explains it. The problem is not with the facts. The problem is with YOUR UNBELIEF. The problem is with your twisting and distorting the word of God, and all of our trying to keep you from doing so. You and Keypurr are in the same boat.....that sinking boat headed swiftly down the River of No Return.
