Wrong, biblical idiot. Adam was made in God's image. We were made in "fallen" Adam's image:

Genesis 5 KJV
3 And Adam lived an hundred and thirty years, and begat a son in his own likeness, and after his image; and called his name Seth:

We were made in God's image.

Genesis 1:26 Then God said, "Let us make mankind in our image, in our likeness, so that they may rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky, over the livestock and all the wild animals, and over all the creatures that move along the ground."

1 Corinthians 11:7
A man ought not to cover his head, since he is the image and glory of God; but the woman is the glory of man.

James 3:9
With the tongue we bless our Lord and Father, and with it we curse men, who have been made in God's likeness.

Genesis 5:1
This is the book of the generations of Adam. In the day when God created man, He made him in the likeness of God.

When the Lord Jesus referred to Himself as the "Son of Man" what was He telling us about Himself?

Romans 1:3 Concerning his Son Jesus Christ our Lord, which was made of the seed of David according to the flesh;

When the Lord Jesus referred to Himself as the "Son of God" what was He telling us about Himself?

John 1:14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.

I said that he is in heaven now as Man and He is invisible. You said that He is invisible now because He now there as God:
He ascended into a cloud. He did NOT disappear or become invisible.

Again, He is in heaven now as Man and He described as being invisible.

It is not difficult to understand this sine Paul tells us that eternal things cannot be seen (2 Cor.4:18).
Read it in CONTEXT Jerry.

2Cor 4:15-18 (AKJV/PCE)
(4:15) For all things [are] for your sakes, that the abundant grace might through the thanksgiving of many redound to the glory of God. (4:16) For which cause we faint not; but though our outward man perish, yet the inward [man] is renewed day by day. (4:17) For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding [and] eternal weight of glory; (4:18) While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen [are] temporal; but the things which are not seen [are] eternal.

This is NOT some magic formula. Paul is simply talking about the NOW (our light affliction for a moment) and the THEN (eternal weight of glory). Paul is looking for the FUTURE to things that we do not see NOW.

The eternal state is the spiritual sphere and in our flesh and blood bodies we are not equipped to see things belonging in the spiritual sphere But when we put on our new spiritual bodies we will see the face of God (Rev.22:4).
Very poor "interpretation" Jerry. The entire book of the Revelation is about Gods relationship with Israel and NOT the body of Christ.

Sometimes you're a dispensationalist and sometime you're a Bible masher. That's a strange combination.

He was eternal when He was seen after the resurrection (before He ascended into heaven).

He was in a fleshly body when He was raised from the dead but flesh and blood cannot enter the eternal kingdom of God (1 Cor.15:50).

Once again your silly ideas are easily proven to be false!

Jerry, is it possible for God to change our bodies so that we, physical creatures, can have a physical body in heaven?

For our citizenship is in heaven, from which we also eagerly wait for the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ, who will transform our lowly body that it may be conformed to His glorious body, according to the working by which He is able even to subdue all things to Himself. - Philippians 3:20-21 http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Philippians3:20-21&version=NKJV

He ascended into a cloud. He did NOT disappear or become invisible.

But He is invisible now:

"Howbeit for this cause I obtained mercy, that in me first Jesus Christ might shew forth all longsuffering, for a pattern to them which should hereafter believe on him to life everlasting. Now unto the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only wise God, be honour and glory for ever and ever" (1 Tim.1:16-17).

He is now in heaven as Man and Paul describes Him as being invisible. He certainly did not enter heaven in a fleshy body because flesh and blood bodies cannot enter the heavenly kingdom (1 Cor.15:50).

This is NOT some magic formula. Paul is simply talking about the NOW (our light affliction for a moment) and the THEN (eternal weight of glory). Paul is looking for the FUTURE to things that we do not see NOW.

Very poor "interpretation" Jerry. The entire book of the Revelation is about Gods relationship with Israel and NOT the body of Christ.

So even though the book of Revelation shows the Lord Jesus reigning from the throne of God those in the Body of Christ will have no part in that, even though those in the Body are told that after they meet Him in the air they will be with Him forever?

I have never ever seen such a bad case or wrongly dividing the Bible in my whole life!

You are clueless!

I am not saying that the spiritual bodies in which we will be raised from the dead will not have substance but instead those bodies will be bodies suitable for the spiritual sphere--spiritual bodies (1 Cor.15:44). And those kind of bodies will have more substance and will be like the body of the Lord Jesus as He now sits in heaven according to the vision which John was given:

"And in the midst of the seven candlesticks one like unto the Son of man, clothed with a garment down to the foot, and girt about the paps with a golden girdle. His head and his hairs were white like wool, as white as snow; and his eyes were as a flame of fire; And his feet like unto fine brass, as if they burned in a furnace; and his voice as the sound of many waters. And he had in his right hand seven stars: and out of his mouth went a sharp twoedged sword: and his countenance was as the sun shineth in his strength" (Rev.1:13-16).

Flesh and bone, not blood. We shall be like Him.

It is certain that John didn't expect that when the Lord Jesus makes His appearance that He would be like He was when He was in a fleshy body because he wrote the following:

"Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is"
(1 Jn.3:2).

John knew that when He appears that they will be made like the Lord Jesus. And if they thought that He was going to appear in the fleshy body just like the one they saw him go into heaven then they would have known exactly what they will be like when He appears.

But John said in no uncertain terms that they didn't know what they would be like then and that is because they will not know until they see Him as He will be then.

In fact, the following is a vision of the Lord Jesus as He now sits in heaven and it is obvious that His body now bears no resemblance to the body He was in which He ascended into heaven:

"And in the midst of the seven candlesticks one like unto the Son of man, clothed with a garment down to the foot, and girt about the paps with a golden girdle. His head and his hairs were white like wool, as white as snow; and his eyes were as a flame of fire; And his feet like unto fine brass, as if they burned in a furnace; and his voice as the sound of many waters. And he had in his right hand seven stars: and out of his mouth went a sharp twoedged sword: and his countenance was as the sun shineth in his strength"
(Rev.1:13-16).

Do you really think that is a description of the flesh and bone body in which the Lord Jesus ascended into heaven?

This is simply referring to His DEITY! Notice how it is referring to God?

He is now in heaven as Man and Paul describes Him as being invisible. He certainly did not enter heaven in a fleshy body because flesh and blood bodies cannot enter the heavenly kingdom (1 Cor.15:50).
His body was changed after His resurrection. He is JUST like the person that He describes in John 3

John 3:8 (AKJV/PCE)
(3:8) The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit.

This is why He could "surprise" people like here:

Luke 24:36-37 (AKJV/PCE)
(24:36) ¶ And as they thus spake, Jesus himself stood in the midst of them, and saith unto them, Peace [be] unto you. (24:37) But they were terrified and affrighted, and supposed that they had seen a spirit.

The scripture says nothing about Him entering.... just that there He stood.

That is NOT what Paul said. Instead he said that "the things which are not seen are eternal."
Go ahead and ignore the context of the preceding text, that is how many people "understand" scripture.

So even though the book of Revelation shows the Lord Jesus reigning from the throne of God those in the Body of Christ will have no part in that, even though those in the Body are told that after they meet Him in the air they will be with Him forever?
You think that the body of Christ are "kings and priests"?

I have never ever seen such a bad case or wrongly dividing the Bible in my whole life!

No, moron, he made Adam in His image-"pre-fall," you moron-Genesis 1:26 KJV, Genesis 5:1 KJV is referring to Adam-pre-fall, idiot, as are the other references,it took you over 1 day to find, loser..

You delete Genesis 5:3 KJV,which clarifies that it was Adam that was made in his likeness and image, and everyone after that, "post fall," is made in Adam's "fallen" likeness and image.

Genesis 5 KJV
3 And Adam lived an hundred and thirty years, and begat a son in his own likeness, and after his image; and called his name Seth:

Read it, biblical moron. Only Adam was made in God'd image, "pre-fall." We are made in the likeness and image of Adam, "post-fall," like Seth.....................

You're a biblical idiot. My evidence? Your "posts" of slop, as you close your eyes, put your fumbling finger randomly on a verse, and post it.

Do you know just how clueless you are?

If we are to believe you the Lord Jesus is now in heaven as a Man and He has on a flesh and bone body but at the same time He is described as being invisible.

Do you realize just how dumb that is?

You are unable to understand HOW words are used Jerry.

Do you realize just how dumb that is?

How did the BODY that ASCENDED up into the cloud become "invisible"?
Will it become visible when He returns again in the same manner? (Acts 1:11)
Why does the Bible not mention these changes?

We are made in the likeness of Adam but all of Adam's descendants emerge from the womb spiritually alive, not spiritually dead. "Original Sin" is a myth and nothing more.
