The right is being silenced - 1st amendment rights violated

I see the right is changing the first amendment from

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

to

Twitter, Facebook, Amazon shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

I thought they needed to make a new amendment for that. Maybe they can also force New York Times to post radical right wing conspiracy theories as well.

I am looking at live shots of the White House and Capitol right now. The Capitol is flying its flag at half-mast for Brian D. Sicknick, the officer who died in the President's insurrection. Meanwhile the President's house is flying the flag at full mast.
