The Gospel that Reconciled the WHOLE WORLD unto God

Do you believe the Gospel? If you believe the Gospel, then you will have to believe that God has reconciled us and the whole world unto himself by Jesus Christ.

"To wit that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and has committed unto us the word of reconciliation" (which is the Gospel) 2 Corinthians 5:19.

The word "reconciliation" means that at one times you were at odds with God, or you were an enemy of God. Did God reconcile even his enemies unto himself?

"And you that were sometime alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works, YET NOW HAS HE RECONCILED" Colossians 1:20.

Everyone has been reconciled unto God by Jesus Christ. Sinners and all. There is really no excuse for anyone to be lost and go to hell. All of your sins have been done away with. You can now stand before God in the judgment as perfect and complete in Christ, Colossians 2:10. Anyone that would pass up this offer to be reconciled unto God would have to be a fool.

Unfortunately there are many fools. Calvinist don't want to be reconciled unto God by Jesus Christ. They want to be predestinated. Catholics don't want to be reconciled to God by Jesus Christ, they want the Catholic church to reconcile them unto God. Religious people usually reject the offer to be reconciled unto God by Jesus Christ. They want to reconcile themselves.

Jesus is God's reconciler, Romans 3:26. There is no other way to be reconciled unto God than by Jesus Christ. This is why Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth and the life: no man can come to the Father but by me" John 14:6. Not by the way of Calvinism. Not by the way of Catholicism. Not by the way of any religion. Jesus and Jesus alone, is God's reconciler.

Paul said, "We pray you in Christ's stead, be reconciled unto God" 2 Corinthians 5:20. God is reaching out to us in the Gospel of reconciliation. His hand of forgiveness is extended to everyone, even to his enemies and those that hate him. You may never read an another article like this that makes an appeal for you to be reconciled unto God. Don't reject God's offer to be reconciled unto him by Jesus Christ.

Amen. When the burden of sin rolls off the shoulders of sinners they receive power and strength from the Lord to dig themselves out of whatever problems they may find themselves in. The burden of sin is what weighs us down and what Christ came to do away with. All sin has been forgiven in Christ and he offers this to all without money and without price. It's a free gift that cannot be worked for as wages but only received by faith.

False teaching. You teach that sinners Christ died for are still lost!

That is Catholic doctrine, are you a Catholic? This is why they eat wafers and drink grape juice. They believe that the wafers and grape juice are the body of Christ and the more they eat the body of Christ, the more that they will become like him.

False teaching. You teach that sinners Christ died for are still lost, so you deny that Christ is the Saviour.

Without faith, it's still impossible to please God, even if He's gone as far as to die for your sins.

If all He asks of you is faith, and you refuse to give it, then His dying for you won't save you.

Too bad Calvinism infected and blinded you to that fact. But I don't feel sorry for you. You seem to enjoy it.

This is why there is a hell. It is for people like yourself that have rejected God's great free gift of salvation that has been provided by Jesus Christ.

You deny Christ is the Saviour, teaching that sinners He shed His Blood for are lost, unredeemed !

Was Paul Catholic?

For if when we were enemies we were reconciled to God through the death of His Son, much more, having been reconciled, we shall be saved by His life. (Romans 5:10)

Not just his life, his death also. Jesus justifies by his doing and his dying.

That is your opinion, not Paul's.

No, that's Paul's opinion also.

Jesus Reconciles us to God by his life, death and resurrection. 2 Corinthians 5:18, 19.

We are complete in him, Colossians 2:10. Atleast I am, not sure about you.

Jesus Reconciles us to God by his life, death and resurrection. 2 Corinthians 5:18, 19.

Now then, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were pleading through us: we implore you on Christ’s behalf, be reconciled to God. (2 Corinthians 5:20)

Christ did his part, but it's not efficacious until people do their part. We are to encourage people to be reconciled to God through obeying Christ.

You always want to add something to the Gospel. Now its your obedience, which isn't worth much because you are a sinner.

We are reconciled to God by faith in the doing and the dying of Jesus, plus nothing.

Obedience is an integral aspect of Jesus' gospel.
